SHOCKING Well where shall I start Firstly I would say DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE Don t be misled by SOME of the good reviews I purchased a car back in November and have had nothing but trouble with it After having it a week the service light come on it needed oil so I took it back to the garage as I was told it was serviced by Haverhill car exchange After speaking with Roger I was told it s like a MINI engine very thirsty for oil apparently so he whisked it off for some more oil and turned the light off After another week of having the car the same thing happened again more oil needed So back we went to Haverhill for them to tell me the same thing Another week passed and the light come on again but this time whilst I was driving on the M25 the car then went into limp mode after calling Roger again the car had to go back to Haverhill to be looked at this time to be told it s something to do with the gasket so they had the car for 2 days to repair this issue Perhaps that s why the oil light come on in the first place Surely this should have been picked up in the first instances Oh so Maybe not so thirsty like a MINI then I then collected the car and all seemed to be going smooth BUT next the exhaust falls off it may sound funny but I wasn t laughing when Haverhill car exchange didn t want to help me at all with the issue I was then footed with a 345 00 to get the work completed I let that pass and moved on only to be faced this week with the car not starting it now needs a new starter motor another 312 to get this issue fixed With all the issues I have had so far and costs of not having a car and getting to and from Haverhill were looking at another 1000 Totally totally unacceptable and I would never ever return to this place they call a business Or would I recommend it to any person I know STAY AWAY

Haverhill car exchange - Sturmer rd BEWARE They advertise themselves as a highly rated car dealer but are anything but We bought a car from them 5 months ago and the exhaust fell apart after 2000 miles It turned out the car had failed the mot 4 days before purchase and they did a bodged temporary patch on it to get it through the mot which barely lasted 2000 miles for the same thing that it failed on After they said they would look at it they after a month of having the car replaced the rear exhaust and we were charged for clearing the dpf and replacing a pressure pipe We thought ok as long as the car is working now so paid them for their onsite mechanic to finish the work and collected the car having told us there were no error codes showing On the journey home within 20 mins 2 errors showed up on the dashboard so they clearly hadn t tested it at all Their comment well it s a 2nd hand car so you have to expect this even though all the problems have been exhaust related which was the problem that failed the mot before purchase They have been a nightmare to deal with and we still have a car that we can t use without spending even more money on it Do not waste your money with these guys what you buy from them is likely to be a money pit Lee your response is as expected a work of fiction More than half of what you have said here is a lie to mitigate the abysmal service you operate You have ripped off my son by selling a piece of junk which 5 months later is falling apart You should be ashamed of yourself and your pitiful operation

I took a ford mondeo 2011 red estate very ok it looks but when it got home I saw that parts are missing from it and many things do not go on it after 2 months warranty I changed the injectors 1240 reversing lights senses for parking not working at all

Awful Me and my wife bought a Peugeot 3008 off Haverhill car exchange less then 6 weeks ago for 3800 and 2 weeks later the injectors went on it and the car was left undrivable luckily she was close to home Now this is going to cost 800 or more to get fixed and we called Haverhill and they where so unhelpful tried to fob us off and said we had to pay to get the car transported to them which would of cost 800 Now we thought this would be come under the extra warranty we payed for but it doesn t which they failed to mention We had no follow up call to see how we got on with the car nothing So Think twice about buying off these cowboys as we are now left with a car that s useless and a big bill to fix it the extra warranty is useless if you have to pay to get a broken down car back to them which is just ridiculous Awful customer service and aftermarket care from Haverhill could not of give a crap what happened to us Would not recommend or ever buy from again we have bought many cars of dealers over the years and had cars go wrong but they fixed the problem for us by picking up the car or paying for the work to be done at a local garage These offered none of these things Scott

Bought a Volvo c30 at haverhill car exchange in feb 2020 Despite assurances of pre sale checks on car after one week the diesel particle filter needed replacing at cost of 1000 On first visit to car wash water came pouring in through top of the windscreen On inspection the windscreen is not secured or bonded to car Just this week a further warning light indicated water damage in the rear foot well which has damaged the adblue system which will cost 1200 to repair and further undefined cost will be required to identify the source of and stop further water ingestion What was apparently a good purchase has cost more in repairs to date than the purchase price I would recommend taking your money elsewhere as you are just purchasing problems

Don t waste your time with Haverhill Car Exchange they tried to sell me a car that wasn t as advertised The car was a Renault Modus Grand Scenic The offside front door was damaged and had a huge gash near to the door mirror the rear offside passenger door was accident damaged poorly repaired and re-sprayed the rear offside quarter panel was poorly repaired and re-sprayed there was no parcel shed The rear view interior mirror was water damaged and difficult to see in They cancelled two of my viewing visits and not forgetting they would not return my 200 deposit they totally deceived me My advice go somewhere else

Terrible people falsely advertised a car for 7995 when we got there the price had increase by 400 and they wasn t prepared to justify there mistake

Excellent purchase helped by friendly efficient staff

Initially after purchase had a few issues with delivery communication partly due to problems beyond Haverhills control Have received car and to date all good and as described in advert The only negative is the contact with them is a little slower than I would have expected otherwise very pleased with service
