I d give zero stars if I could
I booked an appointment with Ahead because Kaiser has been less than great with my medication management and I had hoped to talk to a real specialist who could get me meds that actually work for me I waited two months for the evaluation appointment with Ahead My symptoms have been worsening as the meds I ve been on have gotten less effective and I ve been suffering emotionally for it but I held out for two months in the hope that Ahead would prove worth it Yesterday a week before I was supposed to have that appointment they cancelled my appointment and refunded me the 150 hold fee saying they couldn t accommodate me at this time So I spent two months waiting increasingly getting more overwhelmed and anxious in my daily life and not looking into other options for care that actually works for me -- for nothing Why would they even accept new appointments at this point if their resources are so overtaxed Why string people who are suffering along like this Stay away from Ahead They clearly don t have their together

Scheduled an appointment with them which they canceled with no explanation other than we are unable to accommodate you at this time yet they re literally running ads to get new patients makes no sense whatsoever

False advertising lack of care
I was using Ahead for a while and everything was working well Great staff easy system to use medication that made my life infinitely easier Also very reasonably priced compared to the competition However they said in November 2021 that their Oregon provider wasn t going to be with them anymore and they would let me know when there was someone new It has been ages since this happened they continue to tell me that they don t have anyone in my area while still advertising Oregon as a state they cover I see the other answers on here where they say that there are people who need more help than they can provide and that definitely doesn t apply here I had a well-managed regimen no issues the only problem is Ahead advertising dishonestly and just shrugging me off when I asked about it It has been more than three months and it seems like they have left a lot of people hanging

I had a great experience with ahead to be honest My NP was super caring and sincere I genuinely like my NP more than anyone else I ve worked with in the past so hearing they are shutting down is a little scary I ve made huge progress with my treatment and I don t want to start back at square one
