I ordered a Cyrus product online but unfortunately their last one had just been sold Hifix arranged an urgent delivery from Cyrus which arrived in 2 days they immediately sent it to me extremely well wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic and it was delivered to me the next day a saturday in perfect condition Great service from Hifix

This site sells refurbished product saying it is brand new and the price almost double than anyother sites and if you come up with the concerns won t allow you to return the product instead make lame excuses and would label you as not a matched customer hence I am putting up the order number 000048362

They advertise no fuss return 30 days well that s not true I bought a 7705 power amp Marantz It started to play up middle channel didn t seem to work so I returned it and paid an extra 400 to upgrade it to 7 channels they took the money right away picked up the dodgy one and I had to wait till they got that back before they would send out the other one they took the money straight away but I waited then I get an email stating that I had failed to put in the box remote control cable power lead Mike I then received a phone call from them asking the same I asked what amp have you got 7705 I said that s the power amp yes well you don t get these items in the power he had to go and check yes your right you need to send the power lead the black kettle one and the manual which I did after 5 days I had recieved 400 but not the balance I emailed them to be told the manual was the wrong one that was the only one in the box and a cable was missing the 49 pence trigger cable they refused to give me refund until they get the little 49pence cable pathetic unlike the advert I have found this return nothing but hassle petty and obstructive they warrant no more than a 1 star I wouldn t touch them ever again please be careful when dealing I strongly advise to look elsewhere I will perceive re and get my money which legally belongs to meSMcN
