Zero Customer Service

Ordered a product on Friday paid for express next working day Notified on Monday of dispatch with a Wednesday delivery slot Advised Hifix that this wasn t what I d paid for and that I d be refusing delivery Refused delivery on Wednesday Customer service is non existent Still waiting on refund Have had no communication An all round disappointing experience

I m disappointed about the HiFix

I m disappointed about the HiFix because they not answer about client warranty problem Problem with my speakers after 3 months trying to contact company for warranty but they still don t answer to my message So be careful when you buy something from them

Expensive cartridge never delivered 15 days

I ordered a moving coil cartridge Ive always wanted so I saved up and ordered it with you mainly as yours was the lowest price After a week of non delivery I began a series of e-mails asking where it was After 10 days I was informed you dont have one and neither does the importer I asked for my money back or would you do me a deal on the Denon 103R to which I got no response I asked again for my money back today 15th day and all I got back was order cancelled with no confirmation of my refund This is very poor customer service by any reckoning And no I won t be dealing or recommending you to my other hi fi friends

Ordered 3030fsi stands on a next day

Ordered 3030fsi stands on a next day Paid 6 95 late on a Tuesday evening You d expect them to arrive on a Thursday right Oh no Instantly after ordering I got an email stating that the stands would come from the supplier and I would receive an email when they were shipped It took until the following Wednesday to get an email You d expect next day Thursday right NO They actually arrived on the Monday after HiFix Please DO NOT offer next day delivery at a premium when you are unable honour it I will probably shop elsewhere next time

Loyalty points not awarded

There was nothing wrong with the order but I can t give you a positive response because you will not put my account right even though I have contacted you many times my orders are still showing cancelled or pending meaning I have no loyalty points to spend

I suspect I have been ripped off

When I ordered this cartridge from HiFix I m sure the price agreed was around 68 I have always trusted suppliers and don t bother checking to see what they ve done This will now change Not only did it get paid to HiFi Excellence who I had previously told I would not pay 80 for it but the amount increased by 12 as well I will never use this firm again

Ignore emails delay refunds

Ignore emails Delay refunds Take money for products not in stock Not sure what has happened at Frank Harvey -- they used to be good Ordered AV Amp on 23 11 Money taken straight away Response saying order placed with distributor They now seem to be advertising products taking the cash and then placing and order with the distributor 5 days so far 3 emails requesting refund and cancellation ignored No response Update Response refund received Reason for delay was Emails not being received from Proton me -- strange not had problem elsewhere But they still offered next Day delivery for extra fee when they did not have the product in stock Their new website very poor compared with old

I would give less than 1 star if I could I ordered speaker cable over 2 weeks ago paid nearly 6 delivery and to date nothing Have e mailed and messaged and no response Would not recommend this company

Good until communication stopped

On-line order for an item System accepted order and payment Chased order and informed due to Xmas sales order quantity there was a backlog Chased a few days later and informed that item couldn t be found and manufacturer had cease providing the item so was refunded Checked with manufacturer and although some of the range was no longer produced the item I d ordered was still in production Asked HiFix to order for me The until now response to contact then ceased I haven t had any other response from HiFix Up until the communication stopped I d have given 4 stars despite product not being available because the communication had been good

Missing order

I ordered Bose noise cancelling earphones for a Christmas present on November 24th I contacted the company last week by phone they didn t offer an apology but simply stated that they would check up on the order and would email me later which they did and informed me that the earphones would be dispatched the following day as though the order had just been received I feel that they should have organised an express delivery as the order was now over three weeks late It s now 21st of December and I still haven t received my order I m not hopeful that it will arrive on Time for Christmas
