Smart looking cooker reasonable price but with only a 4amp very slow to cook anything takes some getting use to i found instructions hard to read and still don t know to set timer

Fridge works well so far The wine shelf is of no use to me so called the company to ask for a possible replacement of the wine shelf with a glass one but unfortunately they do not provide this option Therefore unable to use this self

The French style fridge freezer is really good and there seems to be so much more space than the traditional american style However it is very noisey I did report the noise backto Hisense but have never received a response which was disappointing Im not sure if I have been unlucky or all of this model suffer from the same issue

Took delivery October 2023 Wheel on bottom tray broken within days Contacted company who said they would order new wheel from Slovakia Still not recieved 12th March

We purchased a Hisense Drawer fridge freezer from Curry s last October the fridge freezer was great but the wine rack was missing We have been into Curry s several times and they have advised that Hisense would send it to us direct Five months later and we still don t have the wine rack very disappointing

Washing machine started off okay very quiet Then the bearings went obviously it was so loud Sent videos of machine in operation drum being hand turned receipt Then they asked for picture of filter still no visit from an engineer after two weeks

The only energy efficient setting is the 15 minute quick wash Any other options is not The drawer for the detergent doesn t pull out that it makes it in an awkward position when putting the detergent I get spillage some time The good thing is that it has a lot of options for your washing needs

Good value for money Would have rated as 4 5 star in that the size satisfies the need its also nice quiet and i dont ever give 5 stars What has tarnished my rating slightly is the ice tray which is not a proper pull out tray had i read the advert properly on web site but just a small plastic ice maker plastic mould that results in having to be very careful placing it to avoid water dribbling leaking into the selected freezer drawer onto the kitchen floor even after making space for it

Tv is okish Doesn t sound brill quite tinny sound no real base fairly slow when turning over channels the TV or remote control takes couple of mins before I can use sometime sound comes on but no picture till powered off from mains then plugged back in so not the best

So this is the beginning of my tale with this companies warranty and customer service On the 2 March 24 purchase a brand new hisense TV was very happy with it 1 April 24 - TV completely stops working power lead is all good fuses good seems like an Internal power issue 2 April 24 1100 - phone to start the repair option under the 2 year warranty So after 20 minutes on the phone I was sent an email to fill in with pictures videos and receipt to give to their manager to decide what to do weirdly the email had no case number or reference number 2 April 24 1600 - received email saying they would like to repair the TV and so they would send a courier to collect the TV and take it away to repair 3 April 24 - emailed received saying the courier would box it and collect it but no date or time for this collection has been emailed to me Don t even know the name of the service So far I feel like this is going to become a nightmare will update as it goes
