Would not recommend

Unfortunately my experience of customer service is very similar to others leaving reviews Dishwasher still under warranty and 4 weeks later there s no sign of it being fixed Latest update is that it will be another 3 weeks at least for a potential fix Every time I phone the customer service line to try and complain they just put me through to the repair company they outsource to Last phone call I insisted they didn t put me through to them again - I was told they would look into it and get back to me heard nothing as yet Would not recommend purchasing from them

Zero customer support once you reach the end of the warranty period

Phoned their customer support but unless you have a warranty extension our product is four years old they cannot wont help even though the manual provided with the American style fridge freezer gives you nothing to work on to fix the issueReally disappointing

Hisense strike again

Hisense strike again Following on from an earlier review of incredibly poor customer service Hisense have gone and topped it Not only did they take our TV for 9 days when it has returned it is now broken as the screen has a line across it and looks like it has an internal crack on one side Asked for money but told as it s more than a month old they won t We bought it in December CUSTOMER SERVICE AWFULREPAIRS AWFULALL ROUND STAY CLEAR

Worst Company ever

Worst Company ever Got a brand new tv from Curry PC world Dundee and in 29 days the tv broke down only barcodes color errors on the screen so got damaged by itself Phoned the shop and they ve said that I have to take the tv into the shop and have to wait until the tv will get repaired I don t need a second hand tv and no tv in the house until the new tv will get repaired I should get a replacement straight away Shame for both Currys PC world and Hisense as the policy says everything about both Spent 380 for a tv to use it for 29days only Shame shame shame

Their guarantee means nothing

If the product you bought has a fault don t expect them to actually replace or fix it Oh and expect the situation to drag for months of course

my tv has a 2 year warranty

my tv has a 2 year warranty after 6 months of my purchase I white glow has appeared on my screen sent emails about this problem they told me a few steps to follow to solve the problem and this has not worked I told them and they said its the way the tv is and they have looked at my evidence ie photos and said nothing wrong with the screen which I have been very disappointed in there response and to have the 2 year warranty means nothing very bad after sales service

Absolutely disgusting customer service

Absolutely disgusting customer service Ordered a fridge and it came with a missing part so I contacted customer service and they agreed to send out this part however Royal Mail delivered it to a completely different home the reliever photo shows them posting it to a mail box that was not ours nor belonged to anyone on our street and when we called them up to let them know they said it s got nothing to do with them and will not be sending out a new part again as the item says delivered - even though it s been delivered to a completely different home We have looked the part up and it s 2 50 The fact they are refusing to send it out or help us in anyway over 2 50 is outrageous I know we can just buy the part but it s the principal as we we shouldn t have to be the ones buying it

Had a tv 4 weeks after grantee run out picture went of was quoted more to get repaired than to buy new tv Will not be having anything hisense again feel like it s a con to stop working in that time after geantee runs out

Very Poor service for a repair under warranty

Freezer stopped working during warranty period They agreed to repair but 2 months later it is not fixed due to parts shortage apparently 4 repair appointments have been cancelled Hisense have said they will replace it if I provide proof of purchase done and a picture of the serial number Unfortunately the serial number is at the back of the freezer which is integrated so I can t get it without a kitchen fitter removing it from the cupboard Silly place to put a serial number on a integrated appliance Impossible to get a photo of without spending hundreds of s In this situation The proof of purchase should be sufficient to specially after I have been without a freezer for 2 months Hisense do the right thing by your customers

Shocking aftercare

Shocking aftercare Bought a 700 washing machine from Curries Had it installed by Curries It developed a drainage issue Water goes in fine but won t come back out Called their after care line who wanted pictures of the back Sent it and claimed it hasn t been installed correctly even though their diagram looks the same as the machine and pipes So got curries to come back out take it out and reinstall it Still has drainage issues Paid for a professional plumber to come out who said pipes are fine but re-installed it again Developed a drainage issue again won t drain into pipes won t drain into a bucket won t drain out the window Tells me it s the machine Hisense however will not send a replacement or an engineer Absolute waste of money Don t do it buy from a company with a better aftercare service
