Poor product and very poor customer service
Fridge seal was not operating on unit from new Attempted to contact the company several times via telephone and email This was a very difficult process and was either hit or miss After Finally getting through to an adviser and explaining the situation an engineer was scheduled to attend There was quite a long lead time but was lucky and got a cancellation still two weeks waiting time though Engineer attended and stated no magnets in door and suction could not be achieved Over two weeks later I contacted Hisense for an update only to be told that a second engineers visit would be required to double check something They had not and were not going to contact me to inform me of this Questioned why and was told the head engineer wanted the fridge removing from housing to see if it would alter the seal if unit sat on floor Ridiculous it sits in the housing was levelled and installed correctly They stated that it may be an installers fault and that they would be liable if it was Totally unacceptable New appointment was scheduled Engineer did not turn up for this No email text or any form of communication to cancel Was left in all day waiting for engineer to turn up too Many attempts required to contact the company to question why no show Finally got through to adviser and ended up demanding a refund Have emailed as requested but am still awaiting a collection reference number and date for this to take place
