Poor product and very poor customer service

Fridge seal was not operating on unit from new Attempted to contact the company several times via telephone and email This was a very difficult process and was either hit or miss After Finally getting through to an adviser and explaining the situation an engineer was scheduled to attend There was quite a long lead time but was lucky and got a cancellation still two weeks waiting time though Engineer attended and stated no magnets in door and suction could not be achieved Over two weeks later I contacted Hisense for an update only to be told that a second engineers visit would be required to double check something They had not and were not going to contact me to inform me of this Questioned why and was told the head engineer wanted the fridge removing from housing to see if it would alter the seal if unit sat on floor Ridiculous it sits in the housing was levelled and installed correctly They stated that it may be an installers fault and that they would be liable if it was Totally unacceptable New appointment was scheduled Engineer did not turn up for this No email text or any form of communication to cancel Was left in all day waiting for engineer to turn up too Many attempts required to contact the company to question why no show Finally got through to adviser and ended up demanding a refund Have emailed as requested but am still awaiting a collection reference number and date for this to take place

3 weeks for an engineer visit

Trying to get someone out to fix the washer dryer which is less than 5 months old There is smoke coming from the dryer Took ages to get through to the helpline got cut off the first time Was told the first available appointment was 1st April I called on 12th March and that I d get a text No text and 1st April is a bank holiday Rang back lady apologised and now the appointment is even later Shocking service Update 4 April well at least the engineer arrived on time as promised and decent communication from Hisense beforehand Engineer was friendly and managed to fix the dryer explaining the issue the motor on the fan had failed and something else had got stuck and was overheating surprising for such a new appliance So whilst I d originally given 1 star because of the long wait and the mix ups with the booking I ve now given 2 stars due to the engineer being good Still shouldn t have to wait so long for an appointment though

Purchased hob from amazon Fitted up and workingbit temperamental but was cheap so ok there does a job ACTIVATE 2 YEAR WARRANTY Have to phone in after listening to the normal crap you get these days finally got to my number where i have been repeatedly told to phone back wow what service

Really lengthy process to claimcashback

Really lengthy process to claim the cashback offered Website appalling Emails not answered Had to submit the same information on at least 3 occasions Customer service needs a lot of improvement at allLevels I was really surprised givenI know there is a connection to Bosch I would have expected better Eventually got my cashback after a lot of delay and complaints but nasty taste left in my mouth I m sure many have given up as it is FAR from transparent

Rusty baskets

The baskets within the dishwasher have gone rusty now contaminating the washes Only good for saucepans Dishwasher is under warranty however we are told the baskets are not covered under warranty not sure anything is to be honest not worth the paper it is written on Dishwasher works ok Oh they do offer to sell you baskets which nearly cost as much as a new dishwasher Won t be replacing any of my appliances with Hisense Cheap parts you get what you pay for

Dishwasher Disaster

Dishwasher from AO Had it less than a month and a fault code concerning the motor came and is now unusable I contacted AO who informed me I would have to get in touch with Hisense so i did Over another week later and still waiting for a call back to even speak with someone What a waste of 400

ISSUES WITH AUDIO CANT GET AUDIO TO CONNECT TO MY AMP OR SPEAKERS I HAVE EVEN TRIED TOSS-LINK CONNECTIONS RED AND WHITE OLD SCHOOL CABLES ETC ALSO DOLBY VISION PICTURE QUALITY IS BEYOND TO DARK AND SEVERE ISSUE WITH ASPECT RATIO NOT STRETCHING IMAGE TO REMOVE BACK BARS TOP AND BOTTOM OF SCREEN WHICH KODI PLAYER DOES WITHOUT ANY ISSUES IS THERE A FIRMWARE UPDATE SOON OR SWAP MY TV FOR ANOTHER MODEL THE SOUND IS BEYOND CHEAP TINNY BASS HELP

Never worked properly

Our dishwasher never worked throughout the duration of owning it We had several engineers out who were polite and helpful but couldn t fix the device We ended up getting a refund with no compensation We decided to avoid Hi Sense due it being unreliable

Cannot contact any Customer Service

Our house is full of Hisense tvs ect I have tried on 3 different numbers to make a warranty claim and requested for a call back through your automated call service and I have heard nothing It is impossible to speak to anyone Someone make contact please

Bought from Costco Haier HTF-540DP7 Multidoor Fridge Freezer 2 years was OK As soon as warranty finished it has died Compressor died 1000 waisted Ordered Samsung
