After my Nanna passed I inherited a quite big chunky ring which wasn t my style but loved the colour of stones within it purple garnet and white topaz I reached out to HK who had designed a ring for me previously to see if they were able to reimagine the ring into something else I could wear regularly and have a piece of my nanna with me Chloe was amazing bringing to life my thoughts and personal style and created a pendant and earring set which I received today and Love Love Love Whilst there I also asked Chloe to design a simple topaz ring which I d dreamt about the night my nanna passed and I hadn t been able to find it elsewhere or get it out my head since Chloe was really accommodating and sourced several topaz stones for me to find the right colour and designed a modern and simple setting Again I m in love with it Thankyou to all the team that helped me translate my thoughts into reality x

I took an heirloom ring to the Cambridge shop to explore options for repair remodelling The ring was broken and unwearable in its current state The ring was remodelled and repaired and is absolutely transformed This was a surprise gift for my mother and she was absolutely speechless at the result Amazing designers and technical team and great value for money We could not be happier with the whole process and the end result

If you can t find what you want on the high street Harriet Kelsall is the perfect solution We met with Francesca to design our engagement ring and wedding rings firstly over Zoom and then in person We even took our dog The whole experience was fantastic and we can t thank them enough I purchased a diamond separately checks were quite rightly done on its provenance and we designed a ring around it Loads of options were discussed and Francesca was very informative and patient We couldn t be happier with the rings -

What an amazing team of designers Words can t describe how my wedding and engagement ring turned out they re absolutely beautiful I had a set of rings that had become too small so came to the studio with my hand drawn design the wedding ring with a centre stone and our family birthstones to each side in greens and blues and the engagement ring with moon and stars using our original diamonds When we came to collect the rings I was overwhelmed with emotion they d bought my design to life and looked more beautiful than I had imagined thank you to Alice and all the designers who worked on my ring set you are all so incredibly talented

We searched various jewellers but none had the desired colour sapphire I really wanted then I came across HK bespoke jewellery on a google search and the location was just over an hour away so I made an appointment and the studio was was beautiful set in stunning countryside surroundings we were greeted by Dalia and Chloe both made us feel so welcome the studio is very relaxing and your surrounded by the collaboration of the designers work very unique to each designerChloe drew my design and gave me measurements of each oval cut diamond and sourced a stunning violet radiant cut sapphire the setting was in white 18carat white gold I was updated via e-mail during the whole process approximately 9weeks to completion The finished item is beautiful beyond my hopes it s so special as it s a 45 th wedding anniversary present the whole team has worked wonderfully together with their skill set so I cannot thank or praise them highly enough if you really want a personal touch and choice from such skilled artisans HK has the complete package Thank you Chloe Juliet Ian

I had an amazing experience with the St Albans team designing my 21st birthday necklace It was such a calm and patient environment where I could be indecisive and take my time with design with the lady even printing off a diy design so I could see the size on my person Necklace turned out beautiful and better than I imagined

My partner I went to Harriett Kelsall in Cambridge We were appointed a fantastic designer called Amy Vinn She carried out the design passed on the information to the team who came back with an amazing diamond ring for our engagement They also got it made in the few weeks we gave them before we fly off to celebrate xThank you all x I can t wait to wear it
