I have just subscribed with Homebox to manage my utility bills so it s still early days to share a detailed experience However I d like to commend Matt for his friendly and attentive follow-up ensuring we became Homebox subscribers We re looking forward to excellent service in our new home

Very fast and efficient things were made clear to me However it would have been good to remind people if they want to add council tax to their package as I didn t remember until afterwards Very polite and well mannered

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Nauriane from Homebox and I must say her customer service was exceptional She patiently answered all my questions clarified every doubt I had and went the extra mile to ensure I fully understood everything Her professionalism clear communication and kind demeanor made the entire process seamless and stress-free It s rare to come across someone who truly cares about delivering excellent service and Nauriane exceeded all expectations Thank you for your outstanding support

She was helpful and patient Nauriane took her to explain in detail even when I was not sure of accepting the offer because of the high bill

It was only not 5 due to not being able to put sort code from my bank details as XX-YY-ZZ had to remove hyphens Also had to remove part of my surname for the account name which wouldn t fully match my name in bank account name Maybe don t need to restrict that input box length
