My son is using HomeBox for organising and paying for his various utilities at his shared student accommodation and Chloe Mart at HomeBox provided great help in order to get some of the issues sorted out Chloe was very knowledgeable and prompt and provided specific and clear information to resolve my queries The only negative point was that I am abroad trying to contact HomeBox was challenging - I called the mainline many times and it was only answered once It was only when I had Chloe s direct dial that I was able to get traction and she managed to get the issues resolved

Good billing service

Can be difficult to get set up initially but once set up and bills are correctly aligned date-wise with the tenant properly uploading bills to the portal as well the service works well Also they re quick to resolve issues

The staff have been really helpful in the process of setting up our bills for our uni house Especially when there has been issues of duplicate accounts and missing tenants I spoke to Olly today who was super helpful and confirmed that we had everything set up from our end ready to move in Would recommend them as a service
