We had a small patch of damp on an exterior wall They came and surveyed identified the problem and provided us a quote which we accepted Through the whole process everyone from the initial surveyor customer service team and tradesmen were informative and very helpful keeping us updated and answering every question we had The tradesmen Frankie and Danny were amazing Frankie explained everything in detail and kept us updated on progress When an unexpected problem occurred and it was something he d not experienced often before he took the time to check in with other tradesmen who had experience with it to verify the solution he thought he needed was the right one They kept the work area incredibly tidy and afterwards cleaned every scrap of dust away Frankie in particular was really friendly and made sure we were able to get on with our work and our cats were safe during the whole process Highly recommend this company

The surveyor came out when arranged and was very thorough You re given a plan of the work in the quote which is really easy to follow The guys who came out to do the work were great Dan and apologies I forgot the other guys name worked efficiently and kept me updated all day The skirting boards were taken off with a lot of care and they made a really good job of tidying up after themselves too I d definitely recommend them to anyone with damp issues

Can t recommend highly enough from start to finish everything was done in a professional and friendly manner Their surveyor was patient with all our questions and then explained everything thoroughly and the work was done by a lovely team They were respectful of us and our property and left everything clean and tidy

An absolutely excellent experience having damp proof and remedial works carried out on our house Jack and Harvey are both meticulous in their workmanship and are thoroughly pleasant humans They did an amazing job and helped us to feel like our house is finally becoming the home we hoped it would be Thank you so much to them both for all of their hard work We cannot recommend them highly enough

Great all round experience We saw about four other damp specialists before these guys and home building and surveying were by far the best and most reasonably priced one company tried to quote us 18 000 to damp proof one room The survey was incredibly thorough resulting in a comprehensive report Everything was very clearly explained to us and the people who came to do the work were friendly polite and probably left the house tidier than when they got there Have recommended them to my neighbours

Excellent team Jack and Harvey worked hard all week and were happy to explain everything they were to do each day and then carried it all out efficiently and to a high standard I would be happy to recommend them and the company to anyone

Had a great experience with Home Building Surveying Company Jake was really helpful over the phone and with setting up our appointment and when Richard the surveyor came to view our property he gave a full and frank appraisal of our problems and how we could solve them He managed to explain everything in the language of the layman and obviously knew his stuff Would highly recommend

Product was really well described Fitting took 2 hours and was really mess free due to care taken by installer He was polite and efficient Product is really quiet and only a very low hum that you really have to concentrate to hear Condensation has disappeared so far and I hope that continues into this winter Very pleased with the results so far Glad to recommend
