Whole experience was far better than I had feared given that we were having the damp course treated for the whole house From survey to completion there were no complaints Only wrinkle was that we had been told that the job would only take 1 day and booked it on a Friday accordingly Job ran over to the Monday which is why I don t give 5 stars Special mention to Craig and Paul who were excellent Kept mess down to a minimum were very conscientious in their work and kept us informed on progress throughout

My over riding comment is communication It was always possible to get a quick and personal response either on the phone or by email The free survey was arranged quickly and the surveyor was friendly and knowledgeable There was a minor hiccup when installation had to be cancelled the day before the arranged date due to the electrician having a family emergency but they kept in touch and rearranged promptly The electrician who came was friendly professional and tidy staying late to get the job finished when things took a bit longer than expected I was initially a bit disappointed with after sales service thinking that communication had dried up after I paid the invoice but still had some practical questions However they came good and prepared some video materials specifically for me to answer my questions And most importantly within a couple of days of having the work done it was obvious that the house is much drier than it was before no more condensation running down the windows on cold winter mornings Very happy

Really good communication the surveyor came out and explained exactly what would happen and the best product to use Elliott and JJ arrived on time were very respectful and really helpful They completed the work in a very timely manner and offered to help me move my furniture back Would 100 recommend them

We were very impressed with the lads from the Home Building and Surveying Company - Jack and Harvey are exceptional young men who proved to be knowledgeable friendly and hard working They kept us updated throughout the week which gave us confidence in the process Overall all dealings with this company from survey to office contact has been very professional and positive We have high hopes that the work identified and carried out will have sorted out our damp problems Thank you to all at this company

I don t normally go out of my way to leave reviews However after just having this company in for a damp proof course injection I wanted to share my experience From the initial survey with Matt there has been clear communication every step of the way I felt informed at every stage which really gave me confidence in their approach If you re dealing with damp problems I highly recommend Home Building Surveying

The two young men arrived on time were dressed in the company uniform polite and very friendly Work was carried out to high standard every thing left clean and tidy

We had a really seamless experience with The Home Building and Surveying Company Initial surveyor was thorough and explained the process clearly The team who did the majority of the work Ryan and Shae were excellent They arrived on time worked really hard gave me an update of what was happening whenever I was on site They were polite and friendly and were very experienced in their area of work All emails with Hannah in the office were answered really quickly and efficiently Ryan and Shae had to come back to do some additional work that we hadn t anticipated and came back without complaint and sorted everything out in a day A great process from start to finish

I was very happy with my experience with your company The operators were friendly and efficient and went over and above what I expected The work was expertly carried out and all the mess cleaned up They even helped me with the moving of my furniture Very satisfied Will definitely recommend

Not the cheapest but very reliable and work has been done to a high standard
