I would not use this company again Kent based team sub contracted completed poor work which needed redoing due to wrong method used Work went on for ages Unprofessional in all ways

Main problem I noted was damp patches on walls Discussed with surveyor and was reassured that plaster was fine and just needed damp proof course injection Damp dried out then came back I have proof of the advice I was given but this company now saying it s not covered in their guarantee I advised that I have been misled but apparently that s not their problem 2900 for a small terrace house and I still have damp

Arranged a free survey to assess a small area of damp on a wall I was told by the company that I had rising damp in the whole property and was quoted 5000 to fix it The company use pressure sell tactics I got a second opinion from and independent surveyor who completely disagreed any of the quoted works were needed and the cause of the damp patch is most likely a leaky pipe below the floor

Started they need both homeowners present to provide a free quote but couldn t provide a good reason for this After claiming they had a surveyor in our area the following day were then unable to come out to our property Felt very unprofessional

Unscrupulous company Totally misled by salesman Still have a serious damp problem after 18 plus months and paying out 3000Spoke with company numerous times 20 year guarantee not worth the paper it s written on They want to charge 150 plus VAT to come and advise us how much more money they want to rectify their shoddy workCurrently taking legal action AVOID

No proper photos no proper quotation just one line per quote not as promised beenqueried by a colleague after raking 500 deposit

The job should have taken 2 men a maximum of 2 days to complete Unfortunately it took 7 men and 5 days over a period of 32 days to fully complete the job At each stage of the issues listed below we had to chase them for further action The first man who came to do the job left assuring us that the job was all done for us when it was clear that the repointing hadn t been done and the seco-therm hadn t been applied The next men came left to get supplies and came back 45 minutes later to say they had to go home for a family emergency The next man came and did the repointing for us but didn t have any seco-therm so left without completing the job again The final two men came and did the seco-therm for us and at last the job was done We would like to add that there didn t seem to be any organisation between the workforce and the management as although we had told the manager the specific jobs that needed doing each time a worker arrived they didn t know what needed to be done Therefore we would not be able to recommend this company to anyone as we lost total confidence in their ability The only reason we didn t give 1 star is because they offered compensation following our complaint

Very professional at the survey but the terms and conditions left me baffled Trying to read them and I tried several times to see where I stood I cancelled my order I m sorry to say

What should have taken 1 day took 10 weeks Due to hidden water pipes being drilled into the kitchen was flooded and units were unable to be replaced whilst the the drying out process took place The plumber who attended 3 times left me with no hot water because of debris falling into open pipework and affecting boiler this happened twice causing me to call out maintenance engineers twice and subjected my warranty to be suspended until the pipes were flushed through to clear debris As i had lost all confidence in the plumber i eventually called my boiler installer who came to my rescue and corrected the problem I produced a colour swatch to match the walls which are cream and they turned up with off white so then had to wait whilst another match was produced Finally 2nd July my nightmare is over and i am now waiting for my kitchen units to be re-installed Lack of communication with the company was very frustrating

The surveyor told us plugs and sockets would be removed refitted and checked Disappointed to see internet connection was left with a lump of plaster hanging from it and the internet box laying on the floor Also the skirting boards was split and unable to refit
