When one of my shoes had a production flaw customer service was quick to respond with a couple of possible resolutions It was nice to have a fast response to my issue

The H C D Mary Janes are my favorite shoes I wear a size 5 5 shoe and I purchase size 35 in all my Hot Chocolate Design Mary Janes I get so many compliments wearing my mary janes I have collected more than a dozen pairs throughout a 6 year span and bc I take care of my stuff these shoes last I have tried the HCD heals but they are not comfortable to me so I stick with the flats Plus I appreciate their customer service if I have ever had an issue they get right back to me with a solution

The shoes are amazing - comfortable and funky and delightful Rapid delivery easy returns Sizing is a little off - I m normally a 7 but in Hot Chocolate I m a 6 36 Was able to return with ease and get something that fits

This is my first pair of Hot Chocolate Design shoes and I love them They re comfortable I m a pre-k teacher and my feet don t hurt at all at the end of the day super fun and I ve had so many compliments I can t wait to get my next pair I love the unique designs

The shoes did not work out I need a half size Wish they would have because they were adorable But the customer service to return was fast and helpful I am sending shoes back tomorrow Free shipping is a good incentive to shop here
