Fantastic service and very professional

Our case worker was Abdul and he was absolutely brilliant From the moment he was assigned to our case back in March to when my husband s spousal visa was finalised and approved in November Abdul always made himself available to answer our emails or calls whenever we had questions He went through every step of the process with us carefully and explained everything thoroughly as and when things popped up Although the process took far longer than expected Abdul s conscientious approach also had him dealing with the Home Office and various other companies on our behalf when we faced delays I would absolutely recommend IAS because without them and specifically Abdul I don t think we d have got where we are today

Don t Hesitate Hire them

An amazing case worker Eryam-Osei For any type of visa process you ve got to have a right case worker who knows exactly what they are dealing with I had a very poor communicating case worker on my first visa process and it was such a nightmare during the time a few years ago But I just had a right one who seems to have a great know-how in dealing with clients Communication wasn t too bad as I understand that it is not necessary to ask things what you want to hear in term of your visa process but Eryam was quite patient willing to explain things well and very diligent in dealing with my case I now am being granted with my renewal spouse visa

Highly Receommended

This was the first time I ve had any dealings with Sponsorship of an employee and the whole process was daunting to start but working with Mariam made it a breeze and she was such a pleasure She was patient with my lack of understanding of things and took the time to explain and listen Things worked fairly seamlessly with the only issues being my IT but she waited for me to get them sorted and we got the result we wanted to at the end She was very responsive to emails and everything seemed to move along at good pace Would highly recommend her and IAS to anyone looking for support in these type of matters
