poor service - booked a call with a case worker the only thing he did was read from the screen each specific question I asked- he kept deflecting to other questions as he simply didn t know the response each time i needed to bring him back to the core of the question- he eventually settled into reading the rules from the Home office page back to me I complained- the response I need to pay again yeah sure I asked for a refund waiting for a response Not much value and it s from someone who has a company who owns a sponsorship license already so I m pretty clued on on a topic- frankly more than IAS IAS responded that they would look into my concerns publicly here - when I raised a complaint as per IAS process and was fully ignored Even worse than I thought
