Dina Modi was so professional the way she explained to me during our first meeting and this made me more confident with IAS She set up a plan for my husband s visa appeal I would recommend other people to this company as they have good experienced Lawyers unlike other companies I have ever seen

Approachable service

Lindsey the lady who helped us over the phone was extremely friendly and professional I was very happy to speak with her each time we called and she put us in touch with one of the lawyers specialising in immigration to a specific country Unfortunately the lawyer himself was a bit short with us and I did not walk away fully confident and understanding the next steps Overall I d say it s a great place to start searching for information and putting a plan together when moving countries but go with your gut regarding specific lawyers

Dependent Visa Application

Crystal was my advisor after I ve been reassigned 2 other people a year ago She was very friendly and detailed over the phone and clear on her instructions Throughout my application process she was ok in her response time and assistance I do have to say that this company is quite disorganised and you will have to be either patient or persistent in working with them as sometimes you will never hear from them for a long time I would recommend them if needed however do be aware that they are disorganised

Indeed I spoke with Ms Nathalie Pashley on April 18 2023 The interview took place in a very cordial atmosphere Ms Nathalie was very professional she listened to me with great attention Despite the complexity of the case she promised to do her best together with more experienced colleagues to give satisfaction In any case I am objective and confident after talking to her Thank you so much

Generally pretty good and we eventially got it done

Very good support and quick responses from the assigned case worker Additional support when she was away wasn t very good and some misinformation caused an intial rejection and substancial delays We started the process with IAS in October 2023 and eventially got a work permit in July 2024

Reached out to IAS regarding a visa application They were very helpful and answered my questions via email and phone call Had the consultation with Dina M who was polite and professional Explained the process and everything involved Looking forward to using IAS to complete the visa applications

Reliable and professional

I found IAS through Google and contacted them because of their good reviews I found them different than the reviews in many ways I will not say they are friendly but more of professionals to their work The time constraints were part of the process but we manage to receive excellent service from them I would definitely take their service when needed again

Our spouse visa application

We both got very helpful advice from sadeia sheikh about our spouse visa application The fact I had not been working for a considerable period of time and the stress of not knowing if I could meet the financial requirement was very worrying but we both got the advice nearly every time of the documents I needed to submit and what it was I needed for a successful outcome We were both extremely grateful for all the help and support she gave us and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to get the outcome they want

Successful application

My attorney Abdul Mutee is amazing in helping my child dependent visa application I was frustrated when my first applicated was refused however with the help from him the application is successful in the second attempt I am truly grateful
