Unfortunately I didn t get what I paid

Unfortunately I didn t get what I paid for I paid for a consultation with a lawyer documented notes of the meeting an follow-up questions The consultation session was helpful but I had to chase the lawyer multiple times to get the notes and then had to request a partial refund from the head office in order to motivate the lawyer to send me the notes After finally getting the notes I then followed up with a question that still hasn t been answered I ve given up

Sales focused non-responsive and misleading

Was arranged a consultation with the ias immigration advisor Houri through the bristol service She was great over the phone but unfortunately was not responsive over email And also gave me some unclear misleading information regarding the time frame for followup questions after the consultation The post-consultation report also did not cover much of what we discussed over the phone Focused more on details of further services I would need to pay for Felt like selling was a higher priority than customer service Would not recommend

Not helpful for me

While they do seem knowledgeable this was not helpful for me personally Expected the written advice to clarify things more but they spoke of things that didn t pertain to me even though I explained my circumstances clearly Unfortunately I think I learned more on the gov uk site

Appreciation

Hi Thank you for requesting feedback my case still at the beginning I hope I will encrise stars at the end of work But I appreciate how ias has approached me professional and kindness when I started talking about lost my brp I thought maybe I will not get more support but Indeed was very helpful from Natalie who s full of kindness and patiently Thank you for your hard work move forward until the end

I felt a little ripped off

I felt a little ripped off if I m honest they kinda pressured me into a 150 meeting Which other groups don t have and they charge a lot more then others for the same service I had the expenive 5 minute meeting got the quotes and went elsewhere The people were nice but a huge money hole

Not worth the money

I used the service to check the eligibility for a British passport for my 2 children who live abroad At a cost of 150 I was not really told anything that I could not find out via some research on the internet myself It has been 5 weeks since my call and despite several follow ups I am still waiting for the write-up that supposedly is part of the service

Consultation Fee

I was asked to pay 200 hard earned cash just to speak to you guys It turned out that after all I did not require your services Please next time can you do something about these consultation fees I am a carer on 9 hrly and lost 200 just to talk to you over the phone I will not recommend you to others but will tell them to be very cautious because there is a lot of money involved in dealing with you guys

Terrible Follow Up

I had an advice call a week ago and I was told I would get the advice letter and any further information shortly after I didn t get the advice letter till I called back after a few days It was also missing a key piece of information they had said they would send I have called and emailed Each time I called I was told Kassandra was not available but would call me back which never happened It s been a week and I have been waiting for just one bit of information to go ahead with my visa application Very disappointing service

Information Available from Application Form

The advisor was fine and was able to tell me that the application form I was completing was out of date but the vast majority of the information being provided is detailed on the application form It was definitely not worth paying 170 euro for this and I think the limitation on what is being provided should be clearly stated when the service is initially being recommended

I successfully received my Indefinite

I successfully received my Indefinite Leave to Remain with Sadeia as my Immigration Lawyer however I wasn t reassured by the assistance She seemed unaware of the details of the application system s time to apply as well as my application had errors of personal pronouns and dates that needed correcting Additionally some of my files were overlooked and therefore not uploaded
