Partner Visa

Before coming to IAS my husband and I spent over a year struggling on our own to get a UK partner visa for me to join him Less than three months after hiring IAS I m sitting here with visa in hand The company in general and especially our caseworker Ibitzam Omotoso have been polite helpful knowledgeable and guided us through this complex and difficult process with grace and ease Just as important they were very prompt We were able to make our submission before the minimum income requirement raised We will be eternally grateful Bonus They were less expensive than the other options we looked at too

We can only speak from our own experience my husband is American and this is the second time we have used IAS Our case worker on this occasion was Manaseia and the service was faultless there were a couple of tricky issues but with her advice they were resolved and he was granted indefinate leave to remain in the UK

Spouse visa

We were assigned Deepak as our case worker at IAS to help get a spouse visa for my Canadian wife Deepak was always very helpful and knowledgeable and guided us through the complicated process of making sure we met all the criteria I should also mention despite short notice he worked very hard to make sure we got our application submitted before the NHS surcharge increase and saved us a lot of money We ve now received confirmation of our visa and both thrilled to finally be able to return to the UK I can t thank Deepak and the team enough and wouldn t hesitate to use them again

Hope and a plan has been introduced

I d just like to say with a heavy heart how much I appreciate the help of the IAS especially that of Esq Dina Modi She s assessed my current options with moving to my fianc and is willing to stand with me and plead my case for me as well as hash out an affordable way for me to pay so I can live in the UK with my boyfriend She s going to go to bat for me with everything she s got and to me that s a financial relationship worth retaining My mind is more at peace from it

Dina Modi is impressive

I had an online one-hour meeting this morning with Dina Modi to discuss my possible future plan to immigrate to the UK from Canada I found her very pleasant knowledgeable and professional She answered all my questions thoroughly and she advised me on issues I had not yet thought about for which I am grateful Some of the news I received was not great to hear but I need to understand the reality of my situation it s always better to be informed now than to be surprised later If required I will not hesitate to hire Ms Modi as legal representation She is very impressive

Very happy with the outcome of my application I worked with Mherish Khan and she took care of all the paperwork kept me informed and kept her calm when I lost my patience at times It s not the quickest process putting together all the files you need takes time so make sure you have patience Overall I am happy with my experience with IAS and Mherish was very helpful and knowledgeable Thank you

This is our second time with IAS

This is our second time with IAS services for extension of spouse visa Our lawyer was Deepak Braich and he did such an amazing job He was so helpful and very communicative Due to his correctness and always perfect on time with deadlines we were able to apply before health surcharge increase The application was successful and if you chose IAS services and you re lucky enough with Deepak being your lawyer the process will be so smooth and not stressful at all Absolutely amazing Will be using them for the ILR application too
