We began our relationship with IAS in 2019 we needed help with a ILR application And what started off has a positive relationship with our case worker soon turned anything but With communication none existent constant chasing from our side no updates or follow ups Having then discovered our application had been closed by the HO information only discovered from our chasing the HO Zara Ali took over our case and turned a very anxious and concerning situation into a positive result with the HO providing their response within weeks Thank you Zara and Iza For your support and help in getting us through this stressful time You were very open and transparent with all communications from the HO so we were in the loop at all times Turning a very terrible experience with IAS into a positive one Just wish Zara was our case worker from the start I believe this would have saved us a lot of anxiety and sleepless nights Only leaving 3 stars due to how we were treated at the start of our immigration journey with IAS I would recommend Zara Ali to anyone who is seeking help with their applications We are still awaiting the outcome from their internal investigation into what went wrong with our case Perhaps this never took place Pity if we were only told this to appease rather than it actually being done As I would not wish what we went through with the initial case worker to happen to anyone else

Before you seek advice it s useful to do some of your own research work so you can ask more probing questions

Good experience but I felt that the advisor was too focused on me signing a contract for the ILR But was a knowledgeable person overall

I am satisfied with all the information given by IAS It has been helpful in trying to understand this complicated procedure for getting my wife an indefinite residency for the UK

Good service but quite expensive for initial consultation

First interview went well with Irfan Waheed Friendly helpful he talked to us straight forward our application he said it starts soon as possible Very helpful informative quick response to get the process started I recommend that service is good IAS One my friend family I will tell that service is good for immigration stuff

The advice from Natalie Pashley was professional clear and to the point I had problems with website though when making the payment and the appointment was rebooked and rebooked and rebooked a few times and I eventually attended the meeting with noone showing up the first time and had to call your office a number of times This kind of reception could leave bad impression on your clients no matter how skilled your team are
