Positive Experience

Everyone who is being negative about ikea delivery service nearly put me off ordering online It is an hour and a half to my nearest IKEA and I don t have a big enough car to get all large items home So I ignored the reviews paid my 40 and hoped for the best To my surprise and delight the online tracking worked text message updates were sufficient in number I had a phonecall from the delivery guys telling how far away they were When they arrived they put the items where I wanted them and were professional and polite I know it depends sometimes where you live but my experience of IKEA delivery is a positive experience and not a negative one

I want to commend a young lady Ella textiles dept who was super helpful polite and friendly when I shopped for a bathroom cabinet and needed several queries answered Such a refreshing experience which is not common in retail Having my disabled daughter with me Ella made it an easy purchase thank you

Absolute legends in customer service

We came to Bristol Ikea for the second time for some Alex drawers which were impossible to find to finish off my nail salon as this was the last things needed Said on the website they had 2 in stock - I spoke to Jose Moro and unfortunately there were none in stock on the shop floor but they we re both really helpful however Oshaine came over to see to us and he was an absolute legend and solved the problem and found 2 I could take home He was SO amazing and we managed to get them They were all so kind and I can t thank you guys enough for helping me with the finishing touch of my salon So grateful and appreciate the extra mile you guys took to make us happy Ikea has not lost its customer service and I m so happy Will definitely be returning for any decoration in the near future Thanks a bunch guys

5 star experience every time

Never had a problem with ikea Yes delivery is expensive but they have always delivered every single one of my items and I ve ordered a lot Also handy that deliver smaller items by DPD now so if I forget a few things on my trips they can deliver them in a day or two to my home I think my local store is Bristol and they re always friendly in there Nothing but a five star experience for me Always been that way and I ve been buying from ikea for years

I was really shocked to see so many low scores for IKEA We went to the Holywood Exchange store to see about fitting out a dressing room The design team there were brilliant and got us all sorted out with the PAX units and interiors We made an error with measurements and two units needed changing This was done and the new ones delivery on time and quickly We had the units installed by a guy from Task Rabbit who was just amazing and had it done to perfection We now have a lovely well laid out dressing room and we are very pleased indeed From our experience I would not hesitate to recommend this system

Great delivery products are perfect very happy

Ordered a bed and toy storage for my son and they were perfect Delivery was really good and the drivers bought the products inside which is a major plus considering we re on the second floor Nothing was damaged and products seem to be doing justice Will order again wish I had the first time rather than Argos which is just a god awful shop Very happy customer

The complete package

I find the whole experience dealing with Ikea really pleasant refreshing They re a huge organisation yet still have the caring attitude of a much smaller independent type business In store online and even their phone line help desk is really great to deal with I ve been presently surprised and for the right reasons Plenty of places have great products but let themselves down with poor service and no after sales back up Ikea know what it takes to be successful The complete package It s not always flat pack
