Solid product w great customer service

We ve been pleased with Intermedia s product and the responsive customer service The new MMS feature really bumped up our satisfaction as the ability to send photos is an important part of our communication with clients

Urgent Need Request

My call was to get one of the ported s assigned to Auto Attendant Initially the verification questions asked by the Client Service associate were irritating However I guess they need to validate the person before making changes - I understand

Excellent Technical Support from Vincent

The technical support personnel were very knowledgeable The last person I spoke with on this case was Vincent He listened carefully to me while reviewing prior case notes and isolated loss patterns in the QoS reports for the sub-account This information was vital to my next step to perfecting the Elevate system for this important customer

Pricing from Intermedia is fantastic

Pricing from Intermedia is fantastic So thrilled that we moved to VoIP away from LandLines We are saving a fortune Service is mostly fabulous unless you are having internet connectivity issues From time to time the call quality is diminished when you are using all of your bandwidth Keep your people from streaming music and videos unless necessary or purchase more bandwidth

Everything worked great but I would like to suggest to make the registration page a bit more customizable to be able to include pics and bios of the presenters

Intermedia s customer support has been exceptional

Intermedia s customer support has been second to none in all the years we ve worked with them Its quick and easy to get tech support on the phone they are always pleasant to work with and they always resolve the issue quickly I wish every company provided this level of service

Easy cancellation

We had to cancel our service due to a death in the family I requested and got callback within a few minutes The person that helped me had good information knew what to do and handled everything No problems at all We hated canceling the service because it had been excellent but due to changing family situation we didn t need it anymore

Great CS

My company email was down and we cannot receive or send to outside the network We called up and got immediate help Even though the problem wasn t on their side we received clear instructions of what to do and tell our hosting provider to get it fixed

The Angels of Tech Support

There is not any company hands down I ve experienced that provides better customer care than Intermedia I never feel like my lack of tech ability to solve my problems is ever looked down upon - they have the patience of saints to see anything I bring to them through This is why I ve been with them for 20 years and will never change I m a micro-small customer and they treat me like I m a million-dollar customer

One of my emails would not connect

One of my emails would not connect through Outlook OWA worked fine Called Intermedia tech support First level of support determined probable cause was a corrupted profile since we had several both active and inactive This tech transferred me to an expert tech level and that tech quickly made a new profile and after confirming all working he deleted the old profiles Now Outlook working just fine Both techs were knowledgeable and accurate with assessments and fixed the problem quickly I recommend Intermedia
