I was assisted by Mangal D at Intermedia He was very helpful and with his assistance we were able to activate the token for the MFA rollout for my Outlook access He explained everything clearly as we went along and answered all my questions The process went very smoothly and efficiently

Since switching from Nextiva to Intermedia I have a lower bill better technical support more control over our office s devices and a much easier-to-use dashboard Plus the live call onboarding to help me set up the PBX was much appreciated I m glad I found this company

Intermedia has the Best Tech Support

Anyone not using Intermedia for housing your E-mail and leasing Microsoft Office 365 from is doing themselves a disservice Intermedia has the best 24 7 tech support 365 days a year We have been using them for our law firm for many many years and can t be happier Robert Tucker

I had a problem adding my exchange emails to my new iphone I phoned Intermedia and spoke to Svetlana who was very kind and patient with me She then referred me to Insha from the email specialist team Insha also followed up with a call today to check that everything was working Both staff should be commended for their exceptional customer service skills

Top Notch Company

We have used Intermedia as our Exchange host and for file sharing for last several years and their systems have been extremely consistent no down time log in issues etc when we have needed customer support it has been easy to reach by phone and issues resolved while on the call

Great Technical Service by Prince of Intermedia Tech Support It turns out that the problem was not one of the Intermedia software we lease from them but a Microsoft OS problem that was impacting on my ability to use my computer Prince from Tech Support solved the problem in minutes Its impossible to get Microsoft on the phone for tech support yet Intermedia responds within a minute or two 24 7 365 days a year with prompt support Who else does that

I appreciated Fardeen s technical expertise it made the onboarding process smooth and efficient Fardeen effectively communicated complex technical details in a clear and understandable manner Even though we encountered a few challenges during the setup he provided timely and effective solutions He showed great patience and provided excellent support especially when addressing my questions and concerns Overall the onboarding experience was outstanding Everyone should learn how onboarding works and provide proper assistance from him

Excellent Tech support at Intermedia

I had a problem preventing me from sending email on an account recently hosted by Intermedia from the IOS phone After a frustrating hour trying to reenter the credentials I tried to log in to Hostpilot Admin only to find that because we changed passwords on the corp email address I got locked out Then I called Joel again because he did such a excellent job previously He patiently walked me through credential settings on IOS and made changes until we got things working It was a corrupt profile I would have never found the issue on my own and he saved me hours of frustration Again This is tech support at its finest In addition he explained the Office 365 licensing through Intermedia which encouraged me to talk to sales about using Intermedia licensing

Super Easy Super Fast and Super Fun to work with

In the last four years I ve used two other providers Both are more expensive and not as robust and workable it turns out Customer service was also adequate but compared to Intermedia robotic and near worthless Seriously impressed with the service and how I m taken care of
