The Future is Intermedia

Having multiple partnerships in the industry Intermedia has one of the best technology mixes Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and fun to work with They just need to improve on backend processes for allowing seem-less integration for client sign-up invoicing email details and other private label customizations such as the knowledge base and brand-able URLs like Google Apps Also a bit more focus on Mac OS to make sure everything is 100 compatible without odd quicks would reach the 5 star rating

Incomplete help

Hi some help i ve received hasn t worked out as explained It s been a while but one instance was getting help putting our own music on the phone Instructions were followed but the sound was awful So we went back to the system s music Navigating through the menu doesn t always work as directed Doris

Very satisfied customer of many years except

I just moved one of the accounts to Office 365 for one single reason cost Last time I talked to my account manager who seemed oblivious nothing could be done about the cost which is significantly more than what Office 365 offers Since my other account has many mail boxes I ve been hold off on moving this account out Please start lowering your prices for small businesses I have a hard time always justifying paying close to 700 for 30 something mailboxes

Beware when you try to cancel

For eight years we were pleased with Intermedia When they failed to respond to our request to update our system as we were moving we cancelled 04 27 22 or should I say we tried May 9 they auto debited our account We contacted them reminding them we cancelled Today 6 6 22 they debited our card again After speaking to customer service they agreed that I tried to cancel in May agreed to refund June - stated the request was not confirmed by them so they refused to refund May Phone Lines were ported from them 04 28 22 Other than knowingly and fraudulently charging two months of service after canceling they would have received 5 stars

Value oriented

My husband s business used Voice Over Internet Intermedia phone fax service for a couple of years It was very reasonable in price and is what prompted him to change from traditional phone fax service He was mostly satisfied but never quite got the hang of using the fax line It wasn t a huge issue b c today most transmissions are done through e-mail rather than fax But after getting a very good offer from his Internet provider to add phone service to his contract he recently made the change Overall Intermedia provides good service value

This is an update of a prior review The company has been working hard to resolve issues with its app I am confident that future updates will resolve the issues Currently the texting function in the phone app has a few glitches It doesn t show the name of the person sending a text if they are already in your contact list unless you input their number with 1 before then 10 digits They promise a remedy soon You cannot delete prior texts this will also be addressed in updates Their staff is very helpful caring so you feel your problems are being handled Follow up is very good Once they iron out these issues I would be willing to give them an excellent rating

The meetings learning curve for on-line meeting is getting better Your support is not always the easiest to understand I am still trying to CHANGE the name on one of the emails addresses of a person who left the company and was replaced A total runaround

Email to fax

I rarely need to send a fax since almost everything is email There are occasions where a fax is necessary in those cases I have to use my antiquated fax machine It would be nice if the system integrated a fax component that didn t have a fee attached I m certainly willing to pay less if you remove the fax part of my service Thanks

Phone support is awesome

I love Intermedia as long as their phone support is available I find that logging in and making changes setting up by myself is not intuitive and I end up having to call tech support every single time Their tech support however is awesome and I always get my issue question resolved easily They are a great company to work with Very responsive Their product has worked well for us once they ve helped us to set it up
