Very happy with service network features support and price

Im interserver VPS client since more than one year and I m completely happy with whole solution network features support and price I strongly recommend Interserver high level of resolution might depend two much in one or two people is what i perceive but is absolutely reasonable

Being cheap doesn t affect quality here

I was able to get a premium cPanel hosting with no limitation for just 1 for first 3 month this is really a great deal breaker While working on the site I had a WordPress issue which I didn t know what caused it and thought it must be for the cheap hosting I later chatted them online via live chat they were very responsive and really helpful in helping me resolving the issue instantly If their support can be this helpful for just this token am sure they will be there all the time to not only deliver a quality hosting services but good support which is what is needed the most which this kind of services

Dmitry Oronov pointed me to an article on stackoverflow and also suggested I consult my website developers Just so you know I am the sole developer As a programmer I would like to know more about things I don t understand specific to the direct admin control panel

Server down again

Server was down due to hardware issue Team work 5 hours to resolve it Now they are giving me new server to migrate with extra chargesTicket CIY-957-11261

I had a problem receiving phishing

I had a problem receiving phishing emails and couldn t figure our how to stop receiving them I received 52 emails in 1 hour They appeared to come from my server I wrote support and they had me send them the email It took them just a few minutes to add something to my server that put an end to it The support is tremendous
