Since 1997 I have hosted my websites with more than a dozen different hosting companies from around the world--siteground scala bluehost hostgator 1and1 inmotion webhostinghub and godaddy to name a few--and I can say without one iota of hesitation that InterServer tops them all in terms of reliability uptime hosting service features cost return on investment and technical support Most people who swear their hosting company is the best usually only have 1-2 websites which never had any real problems They never move sites from host to host host emails on external servers because they can t trust their web host or do anything but lightweight content updates so they don t even know if the tech support is on legendary elite status like I do with InterServer I host so many websites 15 and email accounts that I truly TEST my host s systems and the service I ve been with InterServer since 2021 My experience has not been 100 perfect because technical issues do arise from time to time I have a stack of tech support tickets at InterServer to evidence what I am telling you That s not saying these things are InterServer s fault though For example I moved some mail accounts and forgot to change an MX record here or nameserver there Or I couldn t figure out what DKIM or SPF should say In most cases I can t find instructional information that I expect to find on the website But even though they can t point me to current knowledge base info all the time they have still assisted me with every single question or issue or outage or glitch NO other hosting company has been able to do that which is why I have left so many others My only complaint is the knowledge base could really use some work I keep saying I m going to send them a proposal to do a web content audit to remove outdated content and write new material for them But outside of this and I consider this minor my experience has been utterly outstanding Other reasons They don t triple your hosting fee after the first year like Siteground They don t manufacture bandwidth your sites are suddenly using and try to charge you extra for new RAM and cores like Scala Their technical support team is genuinely interested in helping you keep your sites online They have gone well beyond what I expected several times and left me astonished with how quickly they resolved my issue even if it s based on some fault of mine and instilled me with more confidence in them every time They are so consistently good that now I have no doubts whatsoever that they will help me to figure out what I did wrong and resolve it without days and days passing with no resolution as I unfortunately experienced the two years each and all the money I wasted with Scala and Siteground my last two hosts The InterServer tech support team is easily the most elite most dedicated knowledgeable and I mean IN-DEPTH knowledge to where they can usually tell on-sight what the problem is and how to fix it and supportive I ve ever had and I am truly grateful for them I know they think I m crazy because I tell em I love them But it s true Don t you LOVE having a team of people who literally save you from stress frustration fear anxiety confusion worry and failure and who understand and support you and do everything they can to keep you going and moving forward YES At least if you have any sense and an attitude of gratitude you do You love them And I love these people at this company Their hosting fees are extremely reasonable They may be among the lowest priced I ve seen despite their being the most topnotch host I have ever had in my entire 27 years of website publishing If they stay just as they are I will be right here with them as long as I have websites online for the rest of my life I ve never been so content and satisfied with a hosting company and hope I never have to find another again

I use InterServer for my WooCommerce website s hosting InterServer offers a good price and good hosting features plan for beginners who still constructing their website since we haven t yet run our business Other hosting services might limit your products or orders or else require us to add more service for the crucial website protection features They offer adequate service and support such as a free migrating website note done by their professional staff The staff might be communicating direct but it s not a problem for me I might never know how busy or how many clients they have to help They listen well to my messages cooperate and offer good advice whenever asked I hope InterServer can keep up their good work and I m looking forward to having them as my permanent hosting service
