The support is ok

The support is ok Sometimes it is fast sometimes not Some of the agents are well skilled but some others are not that much The agents should read the history of the tickets before assuming an on going ticket It looks like some of them does not understand english very well or do not pay attention to the source of the issues Due to this I had trouble installing and re-installing the OS and control panels First I asked to install no raid Direct Admin Didn t like it Then asked Plesk Web Pro Trial edition to test but they installed The Plesk Web Host trial edition A waste of time I had to ask them to reinstall it but some agent told me they do not support trial licenses and I had to pay for the Plesk Web Pro to test it Later I decided not to continue using Plesk and asked them to install WHM cPanel to my dedicated server The agent installed but did it with raid He did not ask if I wanted or not but my requirements were clear when I first order the server Then I had to ask them to re-install the server with no raid It took sometime until I was helped but finally the agent did it but forgot to install the WHM cpanel license Then I had to wait 14hrs to get the control panel installed and when it was finally done the WHM cPanel license was suspended due to too many installs 2 installs by the way Maybe the license was installed before to other clients I m not sure What a mass The Interserver support had to open a ticket with cPanel support and they replied the license needed to be reviewed by the staff that work only on week hours Now Im here on sunday waiting one more day to get my server and cpanel license active I am giving 4 stars because I am an old client and had other server and services ordered before and already know who are the good agents and who are the bad agents I think the support system should be improved with some new features that I may tell if asked later Also I think all new dedicated server should be delivered configured with the basics to make it easier for the clients Anyway I will continue with Interserver because they have good prices and one of the fastest support on the market and they have good average skills

I advised the company of an error on my server and they corrected the error advised me all was well and I was able to continue my business in just over an hour Communication was good and service was excellent Well done Interserver

Just a quick warning for newbies

Just a quick warning for newbies considering this service When you order for a VPS on their site you will be offered a chance to enter a root password on the form DO NOT IGNORE that field because if you forget it you will not be able to use your VPS unless you contact customer service Other than that I find the service to be pretty solid

Website blocking was caused by the wrong mail setup on Mac computer

Although it took some time to find out what was causing the blocking of the site s availability frequently on the web from September 26 to October 15 2023 along with resolving it eventually the Support Team identified the issue that was causing it which was the wrong Mail setup on the desktop which was causing it Then the Support Team guided me through it to resolve the issue which took some time Regardless it was eventually resolved by the provided support With that I also hope that the website blocking issue won t repeat ever again I most appreciate the Team s patience and response to my questions Thanks very much to the Support Team Best regards

They updated my subasciption and refunded the entire money but it took 3 days time

My first dedicated server s SSD Hard disk was crashed while transferring cPanel data from my old server I lost my 3 4 days server configuration effort and clients sufferings Any way after 3 days of email and chat request they refunded the entire money and i have purchased a Cloud VPS at this time from them I am still worried about it Let s see how it works performance

It s been 24hs and they haven t

Update I received my server and now I m trying to configure Platform is ok but now tech service is being very respondant Only expect a delay in provisioning not for when its urgent It s been 24hs and they haven t provisioned my server that I m already paying for their support is not responding Seems as if these guys go and purchase hardware to the store when they receive a new order

Best customer support

I have worked with many hosting companies in the past The only one I have been using for several years now is Interserver They may not be the cheapest provider out there but customer service delivers without a doubt THE BEST SUPPORT I have ever received from a hosting provider I had to open a ticket to solve a DNS problem for my most recent purchase I submitted the ticket on a Sunday morning around 11 30 am EST and the problem was solved 8 minutes later Compliments to Nagendra for always being on top of these requests
