Great subscription box decent price with any box it can be a hit or miss overall good What you don t like give it away to someone or do a giveaway

"I absolutely love BoxyCharm and have been with them for years "

I have been with BoxyCharm for years Receiving the box during lockdown for Covid This was what I looked for Even though I didn t go anywhere to wear makeup it was still a great surprise And during Covid lockdown we received a lot of skincare Because hardly anyone was wearing makeup I love receiving makeup I absolutely look forward to choosing my products for the following month and look forward to receiving my boxes every month BoxyCharm has a very special place in my heart and they will always have it no matter what You get a great value for your money Five products for the cost of 1 for the base box They have the BoxyLuxe it is an upgrade to the Base Box and you have BoxyCharm Premium Box which is a stand alone Box You don t need the base box to sign up for premium They have great sales They are absolutely awesome You re not going to love every box They just can t please everyone But the majority of the boxes you will like at least I do You fill out a beauty quiz when you sign up and keep it updated

"Happy Holidays to Boxy "

I ve been getting Boxy a long time now They re my favorite makeup subscription I ve seen a lot of negative things on social media lately about many different types of complaints I have occasionally had a few problems no company is perfect Every time the customer service is outstanding They have always made it right They even found a couple of items that I didn t receive and refunded me immediately I have a few things that haven t gotten to me recently I shop at the Drop Shop frequently and I usually spend too much money The lists of items that I am waiting for can frequently be extensive I also make several different trips to the shop so I think they do a great job keeping the orders straight I made a large order this month It took me a full week to stop changing my mind I had a lengthy queue and they mostly left it alone and didn t keep yanking things off of my list because I had left the site I appreciate that very much Boxy always has the best brands I love the full size products and I have found some things that I can not imagine doing without since I started my subscription My skin has never felt better and I turned 50 this year My December Boxy Premium was fantastic The brands choices and selections were perfect I squealed and giggled girlishly while unboxing my things You can t ask for much more than that Any issues I have with my complex order this month I am fully confident w ll be handled promptly They have great service If you have had any issues and quit You should give them another shot They deserve it and they w ll make you remember why you loved your Boxy every month I still do Yay

"Cant cancel subscription"

I thought I only ordered 3 months but somehow the subscription rewed automatically They make canceling very difficult Part of the process was sending me an email with a link which took a long time to receive the email UPDATE Boxycharm reached out immediately and was very helpful
