A total scam

This insurance company is a total scam Everytime I try to cover my costs with it the drs say they ve never heard of the insurance and it doesn t pop up Its such a waste of money There s no easy way of finding RELEVANT INFORMATION about what you are paying for on their website and their office hours aren t even 24 7 They don t have time to help with all of that but they do have time to reply to these comments with lousy responses that don t help AT ALL This is seriously a scam and Shane Dawson should investigate them smh

Don t get in to this swamp

The regret in my life is purchasing this insurance Thought it was less expensive and finally experienced that service is cheap I got two treatments back to back for two different health issues They are relating both conditions under pre-existing condition I know one treatment come under pre-existing but not another I am trying to explain them on call but worst customer service They are rude to customers They don t know how to talk Currently I am facing 10k medical bills As a student who can afford this

Worst insrance ever

Worst insrance ever They stop to pay on the same problem beyond 12 weeks and didn t specify clearly ahead of time I already pay more than 1500 dollar bill on my own fully out of my pocket Besides they will ignore your claim if you already make full payment Don t get tricked by the low premium because you need to pay more

Worst Health Insurance for International Students

DO not get involved 1 Its too expensive you think you are getting good coverage but you are not 2 Deductible is 90 per injury or illness which means that you have to pay 90 every time you go to the doctor 3 Every time you file a claim you receive a letter from them requesting information It is very time wasting process 4 Most importantly THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE THE PAYMENT OF BENEFITS

Worse Than Nothing

Like others said it s definately the worst insurance company of all It is totally a waste of money Very bad customer service The other day I called them to ask for their In-net work providers but they actually had none I called every place on the list they gave to me none of them knew what ISO is and nowhere offered service with this company It is totally a waste of money worse than not having any insurance Completely wasting my money and time

Do not trust its brochure

Do not trust its brochure I was sent to ER by health center of my school as I hurt my back and suffered from back pain and dizziness I referred ISOA as my insurance company They literally sent me the bill with 0 coverage afterwards i e expenses all paid by myself I called them to negotiate this and the customer service promised me to email me a form to complete to appeal to their decision which never happened after the phone call

Where do I start They basically take money from you cover little to nothing give you the run around when you call then get all defensive on reviews Why do I have insurance in another country if I have to constantly pay out of pocket Don t even try sending a claim I won t be renewing Why put my health in the hands of an insurance company that covers little to nothing

I just called the customer service center The agent was really rude I wanted to learn information because I was interest in get this insurance However the more questions I asked to clarify she seemed to get more annoying Seriously isn t her work to help customers I would never get this insurance Horrible manner to customers

i regret choosing this insurance policy very irresponsible and rude i have been calling from one year about my claim and they haven t paid at least for one visit they have no knowledge about my case and have been repeating my issue for everyone every time like a fool i trusted you and in return i got nothing i sugest you to not choose them at all worst i say
