The customer care was very helpful as

I spent so much time to find a good insurance plan with inexpensive rate that fulfills NYU waiver requirements Finally got ISO plan based on NYU recommendation Affordable rate with great coverage excellent customer service helping with my waiver form The claim process is easy that I just showed my card to the school center They even covered my three HPV shots last semester which are so expensive I just enrolled for this year and again save almost 3000 Highly recommend to all international students

Great customer care

The customer care was very helpful as they are willing to work on my issue and my issue got solved right away However the staff at the Claim Status was so reluctant to help me and kept arguing that the same issue that I had was not an issue at all although it is clearly a hassle for me

I live in New Zealand and wanted to renew a Policy for a granddaughter who is at College in the USA I was having trouble due to the complexity of trying to pay from New Zealand for a USA PolicyHowever Matthew from ISOA came to my aid and we were able to sort the issues out Well done Matthew you are a great ambassador for your organisation

I purchased a student insurance for my husband with ISO group and I m very happy with my experience As a foreigner sometimes is difficult to understand how things works but the customer services team were very nice very fast and patient to explain and send all infos I needed

Extremely Helpful

I had a great experience with the ISO insurance today I contacted ISO through whatsapp chat The customer care executive explained everything in detail and was patient to answer all my questions until I am clear about it Jonathan went on helping me talking to the health care provider and made sure I got the required health care on time I appreciate what Jonathan did today It was of great help and I will recommend my friends this insurance because of their exceptional customer care service Thank you Jonathan Thank you ISO

A great experience with ISO

I was initially panicking because my school changed its insurance coverage requirements and the original ISO plan I bought no longer worked So I emailed ISO and Jonathan quickly replied within 30 minutes He patiently worked with me to find a new plan and calmly addressed the numerous questions I had Thanks to Jonathan I felt at ease through out the process Would definitely recommend ISO to my friends because of its outstanding service
