Excellent Customer Service

Following a broken handle on one of our it cases and being able to provide our original receipt from 2017 we found it was covered under the ten year guarantee Customer Services have been great and a complete new case has just been couriered to us just seven days after raising the issue via the website Excellent service all round We have been kept informed of progress every step of the way a refreshingly good experience

Great customer service and back up

I contacted IT this morning regarding my suitcase which is 5-6 years old Over the last few years a few of the zip pulls had gone missing after travel I emailed and very quickly received a response requesting details to see if they could help Kristina in Customer service replied a few hours later to say that they had the zip pulls and would post them out I can honestly say I am really pleased by the customer service and having used my IT suitcase many times over the years they produce a very good product

Spontaneous cabin bag beware of the colour

I ve now ordered 3 spontaneous cabin bags and they are lovely cases I did order an XL case in the fabric but it was huge so returned 5 fee was a bit much The cabin bags are great the only thing I would say is the colours sometimes look very different in real life The Feather Grey is not grey at all it s more like an oatmeal colour or a dark cream not really what we wanted but going on holiday soon so too late to send back and I don t want to pay another 5

Great customer service

I have 4 suitcases made by IT and one developed a problem within the first year of ownership I contacted customer support about the problem and after some investigation they agreed to replace with another case It arrived today and I am very pleased with the response I had from the company

great service outside of guarantee

Two tyres on a well used suitcase quite a few years old had worn through After sending in photos and identifying the parts replacements were sent Unfortunately the postman put the package in a recycling box whilst we were away for a few days and these were collected I emailed IT and another set were sent out promptly Many thanks

Reliable customer service

I had 2 cabin cases with broken wheels I contacted customer service to ask for replacement wheels They sent me 4 replacement wheels quickly I am very happy that I can use the cabin cases again Great thanks to it Luggage customer service

IT are the only luggage brand I would

IT are the only luggage brand I would ever buy from Prices are affordable and you are covered 10 years warranty The customer service is amazing I am quite fussy and expect the best out of everything I buy I highly recommend IT luggage

Fantastic Customer Services

I recently contacted it Luggage regarding a broken wheel on a suitcase only used once Despite having no receipt or warranty a set new wheels were sent on to me that fit perfectly Really grateful for the email updates and fantastic customer service from all involved Friendly and efficient team thank you

Replacement Suitcase

Unfortunately one of the wheels on my suitcase was broken presumably while the airport handlers were loading unloading it I contacted the it Luggage support team who have been incredibly helpful My suitcase was not of the type that allowed for the wheel to be replaced no worries the support team have agreed to provide a replacement case of my choosing to the value of my original one A friendly and efficient service Thank you Kristina

Amazing Customer Service

I am so impressed by the quick attention and resolution to my issue I have a piece of luggage that I love and was disappointed when one of the wheels seized after many years of use I was worried I would have to replace it but I contacted this company my receipts and information and within a couple of weeks I had a new set of wheels I am in Canada and it was shipped from the UK Incredibly quick service Thank you so much
