What can I say after claiming under the suitcase guarantee due to fault it the stitching of the case it has taken just over a week from start to finish ITL were very efficient and respondent to my issue very quickly After sending them photos of the fault they had no issues in supplying me with a replacement case Thank you for your understanding What great customer services Again thank you for a stress free resolution to the matter

Realised 6 months after my case zip failed that it was under warranty so decided to make a claim which was considered quickly and with great customer service Was offered a selection of similar cases to chose from which arrived very quickly Can t fault the after service Very impressed and very happy

Damaged case replacement

My children bought me a new it case but sadly the wheel was damaged and it didn t roll smoothly - I got in touch with it customer service and I cannot express how helpful they have been Literally going above and beyond to rectify the situation whilst all along staying in contact promptly via email I have today received my replacement case and I have to say I m absolutely over the moon with it and their impecable service Thank you it luggage

Wheel problem

I purchased 2 suitcases in 2019 but noticed earlier this year that 1wheel on each case was rotating but not swivelling easily I contacted it Luggage and was asked to provide photos of cases receipt warranty info etc which I did The following week 4 new wheels arrived which were easy to replace Now all wheels on both cases are working fine Many thanks it Luggage

Kristina in Customer Services is a Star

I m giving 5 stars here for the excellent support I got from the IT Customer Service Team and particularly Kristina My new suitcase arrived with a something rattling inside the interior zipped material When I opened it there was a large loose plastic bar I contacted Customer Service and they had the suitcase uplifted and a replacement sent out promptly Kristina kept me updated by email each step of the way Thanks Kristina

IT Luggage Warranty

As soon as I contacted IT luggage about the telescopic handle that had begun to jam on my suitcase they replied straight away They asked me to send copies of receipt warranty and a small video of the problem when the suggestion they made didn t work they offered to replace the part and as my suitcase which is now five years old and out of stock have offered to send me a replacement great customer service
