IT suitcases

IT suitcases Have had 2 it suitcases one hard shell and the other soft the hard shell one had a problem with one of the wheels jamming the soft sided one the tsa lock broke when I unlocked it I was told both times by customer service that the faults were caused by mishandling or accidental damage which are not covered by the warranty would never buy another IT product

Guarantee useless

The luggage was advertised as coming with a 10 year guarantee and It go on a whole song and dance of how great their guarantee is A number of years after purchase the handle stopped retracting so I decided to make a claim on the guarantee After filling out a long-winded guarantee claim form which took ages submitting multiple pictures It contacted me some days later blaming the defect as wear and tear and are refusing to honour the guarantee which was sold with their product

it printed luggage The best I can spot my luggage in a flash My it luggage is happily bright stands on any baggage claim I ve gotten so many compliments on my it bags I ve explained to many fellow travelers the advantages of it bags Ty am looking forward to new happy it bags Possibly bring back cherry blossom designs I am on the hunt AND my bags have been great no issues on quality

Extremely Disappointed

Very disappointed with the outcome of a faulty lock We order a hard shell suitcase after much research the 10 year warranty was an excellent selling point and we felt due to this the products must be good The lock was temperamental on arrival we gave it the benefit of the doubt used the suitcase twice then contacted IT Luggage directly purchased direct due to the issue After several email exchanges photo s and video s a response was sent that a new lock had been ordered from China and would be replaced shortly no lock as yet I am very disappointed with the 10 year warranty and expected we would receive a simple replacement due to this being a manufacturing fault however is obviously not the case I feel let down by IT luggage Customer Service agents try to be helpful but reading reviews the responses to problems vary between personnel The 10 year warranty for us which was one of the reasons we purchased from IT did not live up to expectation Leaving a review is not something I take lightly however based on the above I would not recommend

Suitcase broke on the first day

I bought one of the momentus suitcases from itluggage for a trip I was going on around South Korea and Japan Upon arriving on the first day I opened my suitcase only for the zip to completely rip off and break leaving me with no way to close it I contacted itluggage and they were very helpful on the matter however I have no proof of purchase as I lost my receipt therefore nothing can be done The main reason for my 2 stars wasn t the customer service but the poor quality of the suitcase which is described on their website as virtually unbreakable protection yet broke on the first day Dissatisfied and disappointed

Poor customer service

Let me start by saying I am actually a fan of IT Luggage and up until recently never had any problems with my old IT suitcases This year as my previous ones were very and worn out I purchased a 3 set which they did have available as a set so actually purchased them individually which was more expensive Anyway the wheel on one of the cases has broken after only 4 months and first use So have attempted to claim under the 10 year warranty and I am literally going round in circles I had sent loads of pictures of the damage They then came back to me about a week later asking if their was a zip inside the suitcase I immediately sent photos of the inside of the case to show no zips Another delayed response and after chasing after a few days of hearing nothing they then said I could send the suitcase back and they would replace I gave them my availability and again the sounds of silence I am very surprised by the poor customer service experience I am currently receiving and hope I can get this issue sorted

My experience with iT luggage not worth it

I did lots of research before choosing this brand I only used the 26 3 times and the corner with the wheel broke and collapsed I m so disappointed and don t recommend if you are unsure like myself I ve had other cheaper brands that lasted longer

I received my order 3 days ago Cases look great and using them VERY soon Great Colour Etc However I have contacted IT Luggage as one of the cases I want to reject and have replaced as there is a defect in the larger case I have contacted them through Email and the Website and No Reply to anything Would be great if someone could contact me My Order Number is Order number IT48917 EDIT STILL NO EMAIL RECEIVED

The website states NEXT DAY DELIVERY Unfortunately even though the courier had my parcel and drove around with it to 133 other stops it got to 7pm and all of a sudden there was a problem with my address When speaking to the chat the only answer I got was that it d be delivered tomorrow IT luggage I know it was Yodel that had my parcel but YOU are the one advertising next day delivery and seeing as you ve used a company that obviously can t fulfil your promise it comes back to you When I contacted IT luggage all I got was all we can do is apologise No gestures of goodwill for the inconvenience and stress caused I won t be ordering again
