No Response to Warranty Claim

Purchased a hand luggage suitcase from IT The handle snapped off with a very small amount of luggage in the case far less than it s maximum capacity I submitted a warranty claim about this to on the IT website over three weeks ago and have had no response at all When you submit such a claim you are also not given a claim or reference number I have tried contacting IT in the meantime and have also had no responses to my emails

Suitcase lasted a month

Suitcase lasted a month - one trip and the TSA lock crumbled and the shell cracked Customer service says that the crack is not covered and ignore the issue with the lock Better off getting an alternative crappy suitcase from Amazon and have better customer service

I am struggling to get reply from IT

I am struggling to get reply from IT luggage to resend my luggage set that has not been delivered to me firstly I think the alarm bell is where no phone number to call I ordered my set luggage and claimed it has been delivered which is not correct I have reached out to the courier YODEL and IT both are more or less useless Yodel now said I need to go back to IT for them to start a claim process IT is taking thier sweet time replying I urgently need my luggage that I have purchased and paid for IT you are been absolutely ridiculous with your response timelines I have emailed 3 times still no reply so do the right thing and not just reply to the review thinking that resolve the issue

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service Mu case arrived broken and they have said that we cannot return this item My partner has been trying to deal with this for over 4 weeks and they are constantly ignoring her I thought it was the best brand for suitcases but will do everything I can to ensure no one I know uses this company so they don t have to go through the same stress as us Incredibly poor

False economy- warranty useless

On the plus side the suitcase is reallyLight but fabric is not robust Worse still- Wheels stopped rotating and of course you need receipt and all the labelling tags otherwise they won t honour warranty Who keeps luggage receipts for 10 years when you expect item to be good quality Better to buy a more expensive and reliable brand than rely on advertising gimmicks about warranty

Delivery is unreliable

16 12 I don t know about the quality of suitcases because I still haven t recevied mine Ordered on 4 12 it was supposed to arrive on 8 12 but it may in fact still be in a warehouse somewhere because the tracking number shows no movement After the delivery was a week overdue I tried contacting customer service 12 12 receiving an answer only on the 2nd try 14 12 Although the representative said they will look into the matter I have practically no hopes of receiving the order before 20 12 which was a reasonable deadline considering they advertise a 4-day standard delivery I m thinking of cutting my losses and getting a full refund now while I still have time to buy a suitcase elsewhere 18 12 I ve received a reply from customer service with apologies they seem to think that the package will arrive in time I hope so Will improve the rating if that happens 20 12 Received a new tracking number from support -- apparently there s been a mix-up when handing over the package However the number shows the same info as the last one 22 12 Support notified me that the package is on it s way but in fact DPD has some issues with tracking So there is no way to know when the order will arrive I m cutting my losses and asking for a refund return because I have no time left 29 12 Support has acknowledged that a refund is in order although they are still investigating the matter I will add new developments to the review as they occur

This is the worst customer service I

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced I filled in the complaint on website with all the details They got back to me saying CONTACT YOU SHORTLY months ago now Ever time I phone there is No one at reception to answer At least TWELVE times now Tried emailing them - email returned Filled in web site details AGAIN but when I get to SUBMIT it does not allow a sent although all the fields are filled in correctlyAll this effort for a 2 inch wheel that lasted one weeks holiday I may jump out my window nowMr Aitken Motherwell ScotlandITLuggage and now been in contact with mw and apologised for the problems as their Computer system has been down They said delivery of a replacement would for on a couple of days Ill update this when i see my replacement

Rubbish

Inferior quality - one wheel fell off my suitcase after only being used a few times Supposedly guaranteed for 10yrs but only lasted 2 years Even the zip pulls broke off in the first 12 months Fobbed off by customer services as I didn t have the original receipt even though I had the guarantee could prove the purchase by my bank statement Avoid

Not sure about the 10-year IT Luggage Guarantee

The outer shell of my recently-purchased 2023 IT Luggage brand carry-on bag was scraped and peeled in various places during an ordinary trip in the fall of this year The tears and scrapes demonstrate that the outer shell is too weak to withstand the frictions that normally happen while storing wheeling around and generally traveling with a carry-on bag I have contacted the IT Luggage via their website but have not received a reply as to how they intend to compensate for replace or repair my carry-on They seem to be using the common tactic of replying to every message with a question to tire the claimant That s definitely not proper or fair behavior on the part of any company offering a warranty on their merchandise especially 10 years I am beginning to think that the warranty is nothing but an empty promise just meant to promote sales I hope after reading this review this company will take my claim seriously and will propose a fair solution to my claim which was supporter by the purchase receipt photos and everything IT Luggage has requested so far A reply to the below message Thanks for your reply below I have contacted your team and have waited for about two weeks for them to tell me how they intend to deal with my fully-supported and detailed claim No follow up since the last question from Lily to which I replied in details I will update this review if and when my claim is properly dealt with by IT Luggage
