A 10 yr warranty that fulfils its promise

I claimed on my 10 yr warranty for a suitcase purchased 7 5 yrs ago from a shop that has since gone out of business and was expecting the usual run-around But the service was very prompt and courteous both in responding to my email and sending the replacement suitcase The only reason it is 4 stars and not 5 stars is that the choice of replacement suitcase was somewhat limited with 4 of my 5 choices not available

Had a problem with a broken zip pull

Had a problem with a broken zip pull on a suitcase we ve had for a while but barely used It was out of warranty but they sent a replacement part by next post A little concerned in case we break the padlock hoop so haven t tried to fix yet - building up our nerve Excellent service from Susanna and Kristina in customer services A UK company with UK support office which made life easier

The Customer Services Team were quick

The Customer Services Team were quick and helpful to respond to my claim under the Ten Year Warranty when one of my it suitcases became faulty When it became obvious the fault could not be easily fixed the pull up handle wouldn t budge I was given a choice of replacement and this was delivered within a few days

Warranty Issue

We purchased a set of cases in April 2017 with a 10 year guarantee and complained to IT because the handle has cracked on one of the cases We were asked to send all various proofs of purchase and photos etc which we did However they are now claiming their 10 year guarantee doesn t cover us because its been caused by wear and tear This is ridiculous as the handle is hardly used as the cases are mostly wheeled Shocking service and won t be using them again UPDATE I take back what I said above ITL have been back in touch and have agreed to replace our case I can t give them a 5 5 review though as I feel this should have been dealt with sooner as we provided every bit of proof purchase receipt photos of warranty etc that we were asked for

One of our IT cases had a broken wheel We spoke to the company as we had all the relevant paperwork and receipt We were able to get a set of four There was a wait as the wheels were coming from China I was sent an email They arrived on Saturday Great work

New Suitcase Wheels

I requested new wheels for 2 of my suitcases as they had worn out and I could no longer wheel them easily My cases were under a 10 yr guarantee only 3 years old and not at all regularly used My claim was replied to in good time and I was advised new wheels would arrive but may be delayed as coming from abroad They arrived yesterday after only a week and I have fitted them to both cases which are now like new They were very easy to fit and work perfectly so I am very happy

Great luggage

Good long lasting luggage looks nice practice and stylish And when a zip broke of mine probably from handling on flights after 4 years they organised a replacement which was east to do and customer service were easy to get hold of Only negative is you have to choose a replacement from a set list and only one style was in stock so that s what I had to go for

Good 10 year guarantee

We purchased two large suitcases in 2018 and unfortunately after 4 years a wheel dropped off both cases IT customer services were very helpful and replaced both cases for us Unfortunately the wheel also came off one of the new case after us only using it 3 times - again customer services were great and replaced the case for us We re obviously disappointed with the quality of the cases as we are not particularly frequent travellers however we can t fault their customer service
