Great service dealing with my warranty claim

Great service dealing with my faulty suitcase I had a metal cased suitcase from IT and made a claim under the 10 year warranty because the coloured finish was starting to peel off After sending photo s and evidence of date of purchase DOP was 8 years ago i was offered a replacement from a range of models mine was no longer available pleased to say a new replacement suitcase arrived today which i am very pleased with

Excellent customer support service

I purchased 4 bags last year 3 bags set 1 medium size All hard case From 4 bags 3 bags found some fault withing a year It Luggage was very helpful and offered me the replacements Quite happy with the service I received

Great customer service

Zip fastener snapped off luckily I always keep my receipts so went on iT website filled in claim form which was very quickly dealt with and my replacement is now on its way My only disappointment is I do not now have matching suitcases But would highly recommend buying iT luggage

Excellent customer care

We purchased a IT suitcase in America 2years ago on its 3rd use the zip broke I e mailed the company and after a quick response from them I filled in the requested claim form receipts warranty etc Straight away they responded again and asked me to choose a replacement suitcase I did so and within days my new suitcase arrived Absolutely amazing excellent service from this company especially because the suitcase was bought abroad would totally recommend this company to everyone

A really 10 years guarantee for my suitcase

I bought a case in 2018 at a big store here in Spain and in June 2023 I had a problem with the telescopic hand of my luggage I went to the shop I presented all the documents invoice and guarantee I had and a few weeks later they refused to attend to my requirement saying the guarantee didn t cover my luggage damage So I sent an email to It Luggage customer service They required me to send a video of the damage and an invoice for the suitcase and today they have refunded the whole money back to me with no stress everything was very soft I appreciate this customer service they assist you during the 10-year guarantee Thank you for everything

Great Customer Relations

I purchased two cases in April 2023 unfortunately one of the cases developed a fault with the zip I am pleased to say that IT honoured the 10 year guarantee and replaced the case I would like to thank Kristina for her help and support in resolving this issue

I purchased two IT suitcases

I purchased two IT suitcases as they seemed robust and lightweight Easy to handle on four castors - all good The problem was the flight luggage handlers damaged the zips on one case On contacting IT to see if I could purchase replacement zips I was told they could not supply the zip but COULD supply the damaged bit FOC This was sent in a very quick time and now I can effect a repair myself Very good positive and quick customer service which is not always experienced thank you IT

Best suitcases we ever owned

Years ago we bought a pair of large softshell suitcases that had hard plastic on the corners and they are still holding up strong with no issues The wheels are some of the smoothest i have ever seen and despite 8 vacations by plane they still dont have any noticable wear
