Faulty luggage

Thought the company had excellent customer service when they replaced my first piece of luggage My 2nd ripped inside as well Both pieces were only used a couple times Update I bought the 2 pieces together They covered the shipping for the first so I was very pleased with their warranty seeing as I only used the luggage 1x I only used the other 3-4x The 2nd was finally covered It was a little time consuming emailing back and forth but the company ended up doing the right thing

After reading the reviews how helpful the customer service at I t were I decided to see if they could help source a missing wheel for my case which came off on my flight Last week a week down the line I have 2 new wheels coming from China as we speak my favourite gorgeous purple suitcase has been saved Best customer service from a company I have experienced in years fast helpful responses straight away I from now on will only buy I t suitcase will recommend to all my friends on social media Thank you Andrea

Positive Customer Services Experience

We purchased 2 identical cases to take as carry on luggage for our holiday in America The cases were of good size and design and we were happy with them However on the 4th day of our holiday the handle of my husbands case broke and would not detract and this caused us some issues during the rest of the trip and when travelling back I contacted their customer services team on our return home and sent photos and returned the case as requested A replacement suitcase was delivered within the following week My contact with the customer services team was timely helpful and polite and the issue was resolved with little fuss Because of this despite having the problem with one of the cases I would use this company again as I feel reassured that should be any problems with a product it will be resolved positively

Great Customer Service

This company had great customer service We had a problem with the handles on 2 suitcases we bought 4 years ago Because of their 10-year guarantee they replaced them without any problem after we sent in photographic evidence As the ones we had were no longer made they gave us a choice to select from those with similar storage capacities The whole experience was pleasant and friendly and they kept us informed throughout the whole process Highly recommended

On my first trip with a new IT case

On my first trip with a new IT case bought 2 weeks before my holiday one wheel came off whilst I was moving my case out of the destination airport I then had to struggle with a 3 wheels case for the rest of my holiday Once back home I reported this to the customer service team and within another week I had a new case a different model which was slightly better So all in all I am very happy with the IT customer service team at IT

Very happy - 10year warranty is implemented

Bought a suitcase back in May and ever since the expander zip was stuck I reported this to Customer service who were quick to have it collected - and the new one arrived at my house today They clearly stick to their 10 year warranty - extremely refreshing for a business to do so - I am buying a whole load of suitcases for next year and will now 100 be doing this through It luggage Fantastic customer service thanks to Kristina - from a very happy ongoing customer Thank you

Excellent customer service

I had borrowed 2 it cases from a family member They are lovely looking cases and lightweight Unfortunately the tag for zip on one and the feet were missing after a long haul flight I contacted it luggage customer services who responded promptly and then sent to me the parts needed to restore the cases free of charge Really excellent service If buying cases I will definitely buy it luggage

TSA lock replacement

I have had an IT large suitcase for the past seven years and never had a problem with it Having just returned from a holiday I noticed the TSA lock had been tampered with and I was unable to unlock it I emailed IT sending photos of lock proof of 10 year warranty card and my receipt Today I received a replacement lock which will be easy enough to fit myself I have sent a thank you email for resolving my issue

Excellent customer service and warranty

I ve always used It luggage bags and have a cabin bag that I m still using 10 years later I had recently purchased a large suitcase which unfortunately the zip came off IT were great in sending a replacement and their employees are very friendly and helpful Thank you

Bought 2 cases in the summer online

Bought 2 cases in the summer online after using twice the TSA lock snapped and zip puller had also snapped Emailed and they asked for proof of purchase and photos which I supplied Received replacement parts within days but unfortunately was sent wrong type of zipper rang up and asked if I would take a different colour till the colour I need was ordered from China which I agreed to so I could use my case I have received the right replacement zipper this morning Would like to say Koulla Louise were very good at sorting this problem out and would reccommed IT luggage to anyone
