Excellent Service

I have had contact several times with IT over a few years due to issues with different suitcases under warranty and each time have had a very satisfactory outcome My most recent issue was resolved quickly and customer service was excellent I have a new case on the way to replace my 5 year old one that lost a wheel in Singapore Airport Thank you to June who dealt with my claim

I have many it luggage bags highly recommend them

I have many it luggage bags and like the quality and the ease of usability 1 of our bag was damaged after using it for so many years Andrea at customer service dealt with my case and she sorted out the replacement with a choice from different bags to choose from Anyone wishing to purchase luggage I would highly recommend it luggage as you will be happy with their bags as they are sturdy and very user friendly and some bags are very lightweight

Just received my replacement it

Just received my replacement it emblem for my large pink marble luggage It was purchased for me as a gift for Mother s Day Traveling home to New Jersey my emblem came off I waited until July to contact them because I wasn t sure if I could get it I m pleased to say with a few emails over the months it Luggage was able to secure the piece and ship it to me Now for my upcoming cruise it ll look like new as I used it only once

I needed a replacement suitcase wheel as one of the wheels on my suitcase was sticking when we were on holiday last I contacted ITL Customer services with the Enquiry Form and they identified the correct replacement wheels I ordered two sets as we have two cases Fitted them this afternoon and our cases are now ready for our next adventure Thank you ITL Customer Services

Great customer service

After about about a year s use a wheel came off my large case and it was impossible to repair it myself so I requested a replacement under the warranty via the online form The customer service team were very friendly and helpful They didn t have any replacement wheels for my case in the UK and had to request one from China but kept me updated throughout the process which took 4 weeks in the end I have now received the wheel and replaced the old one so I m ready to roll again I have two IT luggage cases and am really impressed with the quality they are so much easier to manoeuvre with 8 wheels

Four replaced suitcases and would still buy from them

We have had four suitcases replaced under warranty we re presuming a bad batch as they were the same and developed identical faults however IT luggage replaced them all swiftly over many years gave us a good selection to choose from and kept us informed Would definitely buy from them again

I was dealing with Younes who was helping me with my Warranty issue Younes could not have been more efficient professional or helpful My emails were always replied to quickly I received continuous updates everything was answered and handled with a friendly attitude I honestly could not find one fault with my experience and I was communicating for over a month as I was away which I was concerned may cause a problem but thankfully Younes was understanding patient and fantastic Thank you
