Kristinas amazing customer service

I had a fault with one of the wheels on a suitcase due to damage during transport Kristiana was amazing she had very quick replies and was helpful she also managed to find a replacement wheel in a very short space of time and managed to get it delivered to my address

Grease service

We ordered two suitcases Unfortunately the delivery time shown was initially during the holiday we had already booked for which we bought the suitcases Thanks to the contact with customer service and their efforts the suitcases arrived much earlier Now we can enjoy our vacation with the very well made and beautiful suitcases Many thanks to the manufacturer and many thanks to the very accommodating friendly and fast customer service

Impressive After Sales

I am so impressed with after sales service I have made a claim on the 10 year warranty on a piece of cabin luggage that failed in all fairness this was a genuine fault and not misuse but was dealt with without question the case was actually 8 years into warranty but had been looked after Thanks

I have always used IT luggage and been really pleased with their products This was the first time I had a problem with a suitcase and needed to contact customer services They were very helpful and quickly rectified my issue under the warranty agreement Would definitely recommend this company and their products

Prompt Replacement

We had a damaged handle on our IT suitcase and inquired if we could get another handle and repair the suitcase Customer Service reviewed our request and very promptly offered a replacement in lieu of a repair This was a very satisfactory outcome and the Customer Service team were excellent

The handle of our cabin bag broke and I enquired if it can be replaced as it was covered under warranty The customer service team was excellent and sent an email confirming that they will replace the bag Very pleased with the service and would recommend to others

The TSA lock

The TSA lock on a suitcase about a year old was broken when we took a flight on holiday I asked online about buying a replacement as I really didn t want to have to chuck out a newish suitcase Repairs are better than unnecessarily buying new consumer goods Despite that part not being covered by the guarantee IT replaced it free of charge and it arrived only 48 hours after I had made the online query Very good customer service
