If only buying a car was always this easy

From the first call the Jack Henry team were incredible In my previous experience I ve had dealerships take their time with documentation once the sales was agreed but with Jack Henry everything was handled very quickly Great customer service from the first call to delivery Car is in excellent condition and I m still smiling driving it everyday

Excellent customer service with James Douglas from J H G

I dealt with an agent in the name of James Douglas who was very efficient cool and calm in his smooth approach to getting me my E300 He s Customer service was excellent and he was able to break things down in a way I was able to process the information I was getting about the vehicle James was very clear and communicative in getting back to me if there was anything I needed to do to complete my paper work He was very helpful and reassuring in making the process easy to complete I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to drive a car of their choice They would be extremely lucky in getting an agent in James Douglas from the Jack henry group who made my purchase of my E300 worth while

Ford Ranger Raptor

We made enquiries about the Ford Ranger Raptor on the Sunday We had a phone call that day answering all our questions as we were part ex our car Simon was efficient and sent us a video of the Raptor We had the Raptor delivered to our house on the Tuesday by a lovely friendly guy sorry we can t remember his name as excitement had taken over by then He came in and did all the paperwork and he enjoyed Yorkshire Tea ha ha From the phone call to delivery we have had excellent service even a phone call the day after to ask if everything was okay with the Raptor We love the monster truck and even I love driving it Charlotte and Paul

Range Rover Sport

I bought a Range Rover Sport from the JHG I saw it online and then it was inspected by a friend of mine in person who did a video walk around The guys answered all my questions and gave me a reasonable deal on my part exchange The car was delivered to me and was in excellent condition as per their advert My experience was excellent all round

A Great Experience

We were looking for a SUV and noticed one we liked at The Jack Henry Group We met with James that afternoon and he was extremely helpful He answered all our questions and we purchased the vehicle straight away Upon delivery we noticed the emergency key for was missing We rang James and he dealt the with problem straight away I had my key delivered in 3 days I ve purchased a lot of cars for myself and my family and I must say dealing with JHG and James has been an amazing buying experience
