Simon was great

Simon was great allowed us to look at the car and take a drive without any hassle there were issues with the car some scratches and some damage to the boot carpet There was an issue with the drive mode not wanting to change while driving turned out to be not enough fuel and teh wheels needed doing Everything was taken care of and the car looked fantastic when they delivered it drives like a dream Can t recommend these guys enough Brilliant service and hassle

I ve just taken delivery today of my fourth car purchased from The Jack Henry group over the last six years The BMW X 5 was delivered by a lovely guy called Glen very helpful and polite and arrived on time The salesman I dealt with was Paul who was also very easy to deal with not pushy answered all my questions and gave a fair part exchange price on our trade in vehicle I can only say if you want a quality car at a good price this is the place to go great to see traditional values honesty and all round great customer service well done thanks to all at Jack Henry
