Despite the bad review left below and despite the repose that Jack Henry chose to post to Trust Pilot below no-one from the Jack Henry group has attempted to contact me despite being out of lockdown Court proceedings were issued They have ignored the claim At 16 00hrs today I will be filing for judgement Do not trust this dealership Honesty is not their ethos

Legal action against Jack Henry Group

Legal action against Jack Henry Group to commence this week Despite correspondence and promises to contact us about the illegally sold car and warranty no one has contacted us to try and resolve or even discuss the situation It is nearly 2 months since the sale took place We have been left with no option Do not trust this dealership

Terrible experience

Avoid - poor communication and a good way to waste a lot of time Jack Henry agreed to buy my car in early June I am still waiting and currently being ghosted at every attempt to make contact After waiting nearly 2 weeks for communication and arranging a time arranged collection they arrived nearly 3 hours early I pointed out I was with patients that morning I rushed out of work but they would not wait saying they would collect within the next week That was 4 weeks ago and they have still not been in touch No response even to say they no longer want the car leaving me in limbo not knowing whether to break the agreement and re-sell or wait for them to return my calls I cannot recommend

Mis sold range rover

Purchase of range rover back in May From the Jack Henry group They told us Full history when checking the car it s hadn t been serviced at all for nearly 3 years They continued to ignore my what app messages and my phone calls so we took it further Considering i have a recorded phone between myself and someone who works there that sold us the car where he has even admited slipping through their hands Evidence sent to finance and fraud action motor ombudsman Where he even admits it skipping through their hands he wasnt sure what happened we paid for the paint process and doubt this was done either 5months on after back and forward with financial company we have finaly won we have now had it confirmed battery issues stop start issues confirmed at selling Consider I brought a car BMW from them 6years ago that blew up after 10k miles I thought I d give them another chance But I seriously regret my choice now after the disgusting behaviour of this company Selling us an unchecked car With young kids and being pregnant We re now going to seek more legal advice and Compensation I seriously advise against using the dealership And then they now reply to us lying and trying to cover their backs we ve have screen shots and recording of phone calls to be Ingored The lied about service history We have an engineer report Stating they most sold us the car I as mentioned when I cam back second time about my first car it was discussed on the day the the guy who sold us the car I asked fro my details on my BMW to be ingored on that also

Promised a Call Back But Never Did Just Empty Promises

I saw a car on Auto Trader that I fell in love with when I contacted Jack Henry I was promised 3 times by different staff that the sales team will reach back to me by the end of the day I heard nothing I then checked the Auto Trader website later in the day to find that the advert for the car had been taken down I phone them the next day to get the response Yeah the car was sold that s why no one phoned you back That is terrible customer service UPDATE After being emailed by the owner of the business after they read this review they explained to me that they work with a skeleton crew on Saturdays don t know why pretty busy day anyway they explained to me the amount of offers they received for the car was too much to handle so they removed the car advert from Auto Trader I respect their decision What I don t respect is empty promises wasting my time waiting for a phone call that never arrived If they told me that they were busy then I would understand the late contact who as a customer am I supposed to know this Anyway they kindly asked me to update my review and there it is Strong potential for the company if they tell the customer how it is don t sugar coat it

Recently bought a Alfa Spider from JH

Recently bought a Alfa Spider from JH previously bought my wife a car from them and had a good experience so had no doubts about buying from them again - however the outcome was very disappointing Not sure if it is the company or the salesman I dealt with - Robert Ashton who is the culprit When I viewed the car no mention that there was no spare key 600 from dealer and after more than 5 weeks no new V5 which indicates to me that they hadn t notified DVLA of the change of ownership I contacted Robert about these points via telephone and email but no response from my last email I managed to find a route to get a secondhand key reprogrammed at about a sixth of the dealer cost - asked JH via email to pay for just the reprogramming as a gesture - no response Won t be using this company again - have lost faith in them but on a positive note - the vehicle delivery guy was excellent

Inspect cars Don t trust Jack-Henry to be honest

Dealings with Jack-Henry Group was good until I received the car and found out I had been sold a car that was not up to scratch I was exporting this car to New Zealand Being on the other side of the world I was relying on the integrity of Jack-Henry Group In fact their reviews was the main reason I approached them They were very helpful sending photos and videos of the car but none of the underneath of the car It was a RRS SVR 2021 and had only done 15k miles I asked them to confirm under the car was good and was assured this was the case The deal was done and the car shipped to NZ When it arrived NZ compliance processed the car and failed it due to structural rust and also under limit brake rotors Jack Henry tried to tell me it would pass MOT in the UK Regardless as you can see from them photos for a near new 2021 15k miles car this was in very poor state I had to spend thousands of pounds to rectify Jack Henry offered 432 less than 25 of what I had to pay to fix Be very wary if you are not able to inspect the cars I wouldn t trust Jack Henry Group not to take advantage I would never have purchased this car had I seen the amount of rust Jack Henry just responded to my google review saying the rust is due to the shipping Seriously 6 weeks in a container causes this amount of rust Amazing brand new cars from the factory don t turn up all rusty Two stars instead of one simply as they did respond and prior to this issue they were good to deal with Can t seem to add photos to this review Car was purchased in July After months of communications Jack confirmed their best offer of compensation Dec 2nd 2024

Communication is not very good

Communication is not very good I brought a car of these and they had to respray the rear bumper as Lacker was comeing of but they not done a very good job at all Now it s going to cost me to get sorted And I don t think there interested in selling 10k cars they just want to sell top end cars that s my opinion

Sounds car but could be better

Customer service was good from the start and dealt with the issues we had transferring money Delivery of vehicle was quick and easy Car is mechanically in good condition so no complaints there The bad bitsRear spoiler was only half secured so had to carry out small repair before i was happy to drive it around Front plastic grill is cracked and missing bits which is disappointing as i will need to replace this No follow up calls and didnt get back to me about selling my current car

Car broken down after not even 2 months off owing

The fact they delivered my car to my door even though there based in Kent and am in Rotherham and am very happy with my car what a received Thanks to Simon at jack Henry group But after not even 2 month of owning the car its completely died on me to the point can t drive the car just what you need before Christmas and when paying a lot off money for the car you expect it to be reliable
