I have 3 Japanese knives that needed sharpening one of which was also chipped After watching a few YouTube videos I decided to leave the task to a professional and contacted Manan at the Baker Street branch He did a fantastic job The chip has been ground away and all 3 knives are super sharp Glad I didn t try to sharpen myself as could not have done as great a job
