Disappointed
Buyer Beware I paid for expedited shipping and I still do not have my order The customer service online and by phone is horrible I spoke to Erick and Jahzeel on chat and they were so rude about the shipping and acted as if they were not concerned at all I decided to call and spoke to a rep by the name of Joe who was extremely rude If I ever receive my order I will never order from Jessica London again Ironically I placed an order with Roamans back in the spring and received my items on time Both of these of companies are under the Full Beauty umbrella and Jessica Londons customer service is making them look bad I do appreciate the floor supervisor Joanna attempting to make things right

Deceptive Shipping Practices
I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes on 4 20 2023 According to the phone bot the ordered was shipped on 4 24 2023 There is no tracking number so a contacted customer service I was informed that this was a situation where a shipping label was created and the package never left the dock and was not picked up by the carrier She then went on to say that I had to wait until 5 15 2023 before the my Jessica London Credit card would be credited for the purchase My question to her was why If you know the package never left your dock why are you not processing a credit immediately When this credit is processed I will be closing both Jessica London and Woman Within credit cards Should I want to order anything I will use my Amex If they had given Amex that foolish answer the purchase price would have been instantly charged back to them No more awful experiences for me

I returned two items from Jessica
I returned two items from Jessica London on 10 31 2022 I have sent 6 feedbacks to them inquiring about my refund As of today 11 14 2022 I have not received my refund This company is a FRAUD THEY WANT THE CONSUMER TO BUY FROM THEIR COMPANY but when there is an issue they give you the run-around and you never receive your refund or merchandise Never again learn my lesson

NEVER HAS PRODUCT IN STOCK
Every time I get mail there is a catalog from Jessica London When I call to place an order the items are always out of stock Then the order taker tries to talk over you and fast talk you into buying something else you didn t ask for Then comes the insincere apology obviously read from a script So phoney and pathetic Half the time you cannot understand what the person is saying because it s some foreigner on the phone talking 100 mph This company sucks I don t know where they are getting their merchandise from Apparantly it s not here because they never have anything in stock They can t blame it on the covid situation because I ve repeatedly had this same problem prior to the covid pandemic

Everytime I get a reward certificate
Everytime I get a reward certificate it says already redeemed I got the reward on 10 11 2023 and on 10 12 2023 it didn t process and said already redeemed 2nd time this happened I called customer service they said it s a glitch both times or that I already used it Ridiculous

Poor- quality merchandise combined with bait- and- switch tactics and extraordinarily poor customer service means that I will never purchase from them again While trying to order a dress on sale and enter the code for an extra 40 percent off plus free shipping instead the order processed I immediately asked via their customer service portal to cancel No one responded for 48 hours When they did they claimed that they could not cancel my order because it had already shipped Four further communications about this matter have gone unanswered and they did indeed charge me the full non- sale amount as seen on my bank statement Really horrible way of doing business Do you think that your customers won t notice when you deal with them dishonestly
