The service from jewellery box is quick and emails get answered promptly It would be great if they sold more individual earrings and really really great if they gave some idea of their sourcing in terms of ethical supply chains etc

Loved the ankle bracelets ordered for my daughter Cute dainty At very good price Glad I shopped around as other sites were expensive Have see many styles of many different items on this site AND free standard delivery too Shall be my chosen online store from now

Avoid avoid avoid Awful company with awful customer service Bought a ring ahead of an exceptional circumstances wedding 3 days later this ring has lost ALL COLOUR Contacted these cowboys and eventually after a few days offered a replacement and no refund because I m outside of the 30 day period - BY A FEW DAYS MAY I ADD Even offered to provide proof of this wedding etc Honestly take your money to someone who caresUpdate it s a shame I had to go to this point to get the outcome I wanted But they have seen this review and someone else contacted me and has now resolved the issue Thank you jewellery box

Easy to shop

The website was clear and easy to view and find my way around The products look great and the photos and descriptions were easy to view and very helpful My only concern was that I wanted to buy one product with a gift box and one not and I could find no way to do that In the end I bought no gift boxes at all

The best quality

With the affordable prices the quality of products are so good I ve ordered like 4-5 pieces of gold plated nose studs and now I only like it from jewlleybox because the colour has never faded even though I wash my face with it And I also got two pieces of earrings and I must say I wasn t disappointed again They really look like some expensive gold plated So so happy with each and every products

Very good value for money jewellery with great prices However some of the pieces have lost a few stones and I returned them no problem Just be careful to check your product when you receive them The pieces look as good as any on the high street Delivery and free returns are fast and hassle free They also give you a discount on your 2nd order Customer service was prompt and extremely helpful and polite Will definitely be buying from them again

I have ordered several items and always received them promptly I find the items good value although I find some gold plated items don t last very long before the plating wears off

I placed my order on the Sunday and it arrived today the quality of the product is brilliant and the fact that it was engraved and delivered in 4days is amazing Would have been 5stars but the tracking number didn t work so i wasn t aware of when my item would arrive Would 100 recommend this company Fast great quality all round great service

Great item could be better overall

Purchased a necklace for my wife s birthday She was very happy with it and it is Beautiful I would say she was rather underwhelmed disappointed with the very small and poor quality of the box it came in the necklace came in a little plastic bag instead of in the actual box - certainly could do better But happy overall
