Bought silver earrings which I had in for a week took them out and they were corroded

Managed to get the simplest of orders wrong How I ordered two different style of silver chains 2x 18 and 1x 16 of each style so 6 chains in total I received 5 chains of one style and 1 of another The first and last time I buy from here

Really disappointed with the pack of 3 nose studs purchased 17 3 23 Despite removing the nose stud every night and not showering with them in by 3 4 23 the stone within all 3 studs had fallen out Very poor quality

Iv bought two Silver Medi alert bracelets one female and one male Both broke in the same place that being the clasp Iv got the male one in the jewellery shop now being repaired Disappointed that the first one just fell off my wrist while out Luckily the second one fell off while I was resting 5 1 2023 The first bracelet was bought over a year ago On calling to complain yesterday I was given a 10 voucher As I already said the man s medi alert is being repaired at the jewellery shop that will put on a new clasp and solder it Needless to say I do not want the voucher Many thanks but I should have learned my lesson with the first purchase Sorry I cannot remember the date I bought the 1st one

I am warning anyone considering buying jewellery from this company the prices are massively inflated compared to the quality of the product they are selling I returned a pair of earrings because they were not worth the price I was charged they never left the packet they arrived in so I stated a return to be refunded Today I was emailed by someone from jewellery box telling me that I have been refunded with a voucher I am furious as I wouldn t buy anything else from them This is only the beginning of the problems I will cause for jewellery box if they don t refund me my money So I will start with this review and then I ll go on every media platform to warn others Then I will be visiting the stores in and around London I have been trying to call them but the phone just ring and rings and then the call gets cut off They are poking the wrong bear
