Would put 0 but you can t possibly do that Bought a small gold cross charm for my mother in law for Christmas The charm was attached to the bracelet and it s only been 3 weeks and the charm clasp has warped and fallen off the bracelet We spoke to the company about possibly getting another clasp with them offering this but only for an additional charge when the original clasp had been faulty We then asked for a refund so that the clasp would be replaced with that money as they refused to replace the defected then told us to return the whole item for a refund It took us a week to get the response from them and this was sentimental to my mother in law and she is not heartbroken The attitude and the professionalism of the staff were absolutely disgusting the way they spoke to us made us feel like dirt

Awful experience overall
Absolutely awful experience from start to finish Before purchasing 2 rings I got in touch with the slowest customer service after thames water I was fed up so just purchased Rings arrived and they were sooo small It is worth noting that I have a ring sizer that I used before purchasing these rings When I returned them I received no notification once arrived at warehouse After 2 contacts asking if they did receive it back they finally replied and said they realised they actually sent the wrong size for both rings They didn t ask me if I wanted an exchange a refund or whatever and just sent an email confirming that they sent 2 other rings Who knows what size What size were the ones they previously sent What happened No apologies or explanation whatsoever At this point since there was no efficient communication I had to start a case on PayPal to get my money back I will never purchase from this messy company again and surely will make sure that everyone knows

Do Not Trust These People
Ordered earrings from this company as a birthday gift All I received was a package with an empty box in it When I made an enquiry to the company all they would do was refer me to Amazon as the order was filled by Amazon Luckily Amazon refunded me but I certainly won t buy anything more from the crooks at jewellerybox co uk and I definitely advise people to use caution when dealing with these thieves

Gold plated tarnish s without wear
I ve ordered several times no issues with the silver jewellery but the 925 gold plated items I ve ordered have turned black without me even wearing them Very cheap material but price wasn t cheap

I ordered several items of silver jewellery at a very reasonable price It arrived within a couple of days of ordering and I was delighted to see that one pair of earrings identical to a pair a high street shop was selling for double the price However one of the pairs of earrings I bought broke before I even got chance to wear it I received a follow-up email from a person called Kudan offering me a 20 discount in return for leaving a positive review on Google and Trustpilot I did this and failed to receive any code despite me chasing Kudan several times He promised it would arrive and after me chasing it again twice he didn t bother replying

Last 2 orders had damaged Jewellery
Gone down hill big time I used to get gifts and my own jewellery from here over the years but my last 2 orders came damaged silver St Christopher came tarnished and gold bracelet came with a knot in it Obviously not quality checked before its sent out its cheaper for a reason i guess The answer to this is print out a label and return and hope it makes it back no printer then just write Freepost Jewellerybox and pray it makes it back or pay out of your own purse for recorded or tracked delivery

Poor Quality
Over five years I have purchased 30 plus items from this store and have been completely happy until this last 12 months Every item I have bought has either had a broken chain or lost stones after just a couple of wears The prices have gone up and the quality down Also I tried to leave an honest review on their website regarding my issues and twice they didn t publish it The good reviews I made were published I was a loyal customer but have now found an alternative place to purchase my jewellery from

Having used this company a couple of times over the years I m extremely dissapointment with this company purchased the Wave Ring with CZ in December for a Christmas gift In May it lost a stone contacted JB they were brilliant helped locate my order advised the size ordered helped with returning for a replacement brilliant 2 months later my new ring lost a stone contacted JB who offered an exchange at this point I m reluctant to chose another ring couldn t see anything on par so asked for a refund This was refused again replacement exchange or value put onto a gift card I reluctantly picked a cheaper plain twisted rope ring Return replacement happened within days with the difference being REFUNDED onto my card a refund that was initially REFUSED Clearly this was a faulty quality issue sadly I won t be purchasing from them again They also remove low star rating reviews from the website

I would NEVER order from this company again I purchased earrings for my daughter The colours differed on each the quality for the price was substandard The anti varnish cloths purchased were not included You CANNOT contact anyone via their telephone number The form to be completed in order to complain receive a refund is dysfunctional If you choose to message via the live link you are left without responses I was informed a return label was sent to me It was not I had to contact another source in order to get this matter resolved
