Things started off a little unprofessionally upon ordering there was no confirmation email sent or order number So we called the number and initially they were shut during their open hours maybe we can excuse this because Covid - understandable trying again the phone was answered and we asked for an email None was sent did this again and still none was sent However the pendant then arrived in very good time so we were happy Until we opened it - so badly done The rose gold heart was super scratched both front and back and had weird dark marks again both front and back - confusing as rose gold doesn t tarnish and we had purposely bought solid instead of plated Very disappointed - failed Christmas gift that was quite pricey and we hoped to be really special After contact with customer service we were able to send the pendant back for polishing and it came back much better They were attentive and helpful so that s great Side note - I really wouldn t pay for the engraving it s laser engraved so very very light and almost invisible My mum is yet to be able to see what we have engraved on her pendant still trying to get the right light ha - it s been a month now

Need more efficient returns process
Ordered Tragus stud on 3 12 20 Turned out to be faulty- couldn t be unscrewed Advised by customer service to use pliers- ball promptly collapsed not very solid Contacted customer service again who said to return Don t have a printer so they then needed to send out a return label wouldn t send new item until faulty item received so has taken until today to arrive As this was my Christmas present from the kids I ve needed to buy something else to replace it as the risk of it not turning up was high This could be so simply and cheaply resolved by posting out a paper returns label with the original item Gave 2 stars rather than 1 as item is ok Update Poor reply from Jewellerybox Basics is that they should check items ahead of dispatch to ensure they re not faulty and like most companies include a basic paper returns label as most people don t have printers at home and aren t in the office atm Now out of pocket as I had to find last minute replacement gift- all for a 30 earring not exactly high value Won t be shopping there again

I bought the 9ct rose gold knot earrings for my best friends 30th birthday and she loved them They are really delicate and pretty and worth the extra money too rather than dipped sterling silver Very happy

Earrings arrived and broke first use Very thin and flimsy I did get a refund eventually but it cost me the return postage to end up with nothing Rubbish but should have known at the price Won t use again

Supposedly purchased a sterling silver ring for my sons Christmas After a day of wearing the ring he was left with a green band around his finger After 2 weeks of wearing the ring it had bent out of shape and had turned copper

Poor purchase
I bought a small pair of gold sleeper earrings a few months ago and gave Jewellery Box a good review However today they both fell apart in my hands so my purchase was a poor investment and not fit for purpose Sleepers purchased elsewhere have lasted 10 years

Not the best service
Received my earrings but the posts where so short i could not wear them After leaving a review about this I was contacted by the company about the problem and was asked to send them back for store credit After sending them back I received and email telling me the box when empty when they arrived nothing like being accused of sending back an empty box Asked how the package was sealed to see if it had been tampered with to be told it looked undamaged Feel very attacked and will be very scared to order anything again I am still being offered the voucher in return

Disappointed
Bought some gold snowflake earrings but very disappointed with the quality and more so the size which are more like earrings for toddlers in that the earring fish hook is really small and actually unwearable Such a shame unfortunately I opened the package so can t return Won t use again
