Very over priced And poor customer service Shouldn t have to pay for returns on items that were not as described

It didn t even let me use my PayPal balance to pay so I just bought something else not jewellery I came here cuz their prices were affordable I d come back of it actually allows me to use my balance to pay

ordered a necklace for my cousin for her birthday perfect right size and then for my great grandma i ordered a necklace and bracelet set it came looked okay and then i looked at them properly they don t even fit my 6 year old they re tiny how the hell are they supposed to fit my great grandma and obviously tried to rectify but because they re personalised they can t do anything not happy at all waste of money

Some of the prettiest cz earrings I ve ever bought but what was the point when they were sold with backs that wouldn t be big enough to keep them on in a million years After losing them and finding them for months and constantly having to worry about my earrings because they would never ever stay on I cut my losses and bought some from H Samuel Haven t had to think about losing them ever again

Bought a pair of their 2 5mm 9ct gold studs Order was received in a timely manner but the studs that are advertised as 9ct gold were discoloured when they arrived This was one of my wife s Christmas gifts so was understandably disappointing - especially as I bought from Jewellerybox because my wife usually loves their items

Bought a 9ct gold belly bar but was surprised to see that it s hollow inside Never seen such a fragile belly bar Not sure it will last long

I originally ordered a gold plated custom engraved dog tag pendant which arrived very scratched and the engraving was not straight and started to go cloudy the day after purchase - I now know that was because the plating was coming off and the plating has almost completely come off the jump ring about a week later as well worn daily taken off overnight and when showering CS were pretty good at sending a replacement which was better but still scratched engraving was still not straight I paid 24 for the original tag I bought a pair of earrings from them several months ago which had a loose clasp but this could be fixed though keeps coming loose again so overall the quality I had received from them so far was not particularly impressive Wanting to support an English company during this time I didn t want a refund nor another replacement as I don t like excessive waste They issued me with a gift voucher as a good will gesture to try and convince me to shop with them again Since then they ve had a technical issue which involved the data of myself and a few others I happened to catch this issue and contacted them three times as they didn t respond very quickly They shut down the website shortly after and offered me a discount code for the trouble It really sucks that I caught this given the previous issues I had already had with their service They didn t lose my custom however as I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt in the above situations as I know the pandemic has caused extra stress to companies already My third order from them consisted of an engraved gold plated ring and a pair of silver anchor dangle earrings The ring had several flaws to the surface but as it has less surface area than the pendant it wasn t so noticeable They used laser engraving for this item and the engraving was a little smudged-looking upon arrival not entirely sure how this would happen however the smudged part rubbed off after an hour or so of wear and the engraving went from black to light grey The ring itself also is not completely straight around the edges however the engraving does seem to be straight I thoroughly checked the ring before I went to bed I wore it for around 6 hours and the plating had already come off in a few places This was just from general wear - it had no contact with other metals or anything abrasive I was simply sitting at my laptop studying had some snacks played a game online for a couple of hours with some friends I also took it off when washing my hands Perhaps it was already there upon arrival and I just didn t notice at the time I have now purchased a gold plated chain from them to see if it is mainly the gold plated engraved items that have the issue and to see how long a chain would last before the plating comes off given that it will have a pendant causing friction Overall their customer service is pretty good but item quality is debatable Their silver items look gorgeous and seem to generally be of better quality I would not recommend their engraved gold plated items both because the plating is very thin and they don t arrive in like-new condition Their gold plated jewellery is more like costume jewellery from my experience and won t stand up to daily wear but would be fine for occasional wear and is fairly well-priced for that purpose If you want gold for frequent wear it is probably best to fork out for solid gold rather than opt for plated or just settle for silver

I bought a ring in my size and it wouldn t fit So had to return and pay 3 postage I got refunded then got sent out the next size up still didn t fit Obviously the ring sizes are not correct as in every other store my ring size is the same In response to my postage I paid I got told I should have sent it in an envelope then I wouldn t have had to paid as much postage And I didn t get that refunded either One woman was a great help then another woman via email was rude and disrespectful

I purchased 3 andralok nose studs in silver gold rose gold for a second ear piercing They arrived the following day nicely packaged and fit perfectly This company offers pretty jewellery at affordable prices free fast deliveryUpdate - 2 have broken since so not very hard wearing - sorry

I ordered a medi bracelet which came quickly the catch was not a safety one nor strong enough for the bracelet and the medi badge was crooked so it was returned Customer service was vg They sent me back the plate they had engraved and kept all my money Be careful
