I ve only been using this app for a week and I m already hooked Love how you can really customize it to you the app offers so many tools within in the range of exercises is awesome-I assumed it would just be running and I was pleasantly surprised to find out it wasn t Love this app and program

The guidance provided by this program is wonderful I have confidence I m making progress and not pushing too hard where I ll risk injury The interface is super user friendly and the mini articles with nuggest of knowledge bring better understanding of this running thing I m working to make a habit

Although I haven t had an opportunity to start yet I really appreciate the regular e-mail reminders I have little to no motivation but these are motivating and encouraging I ve tried many programs which are all motivating but just not working for me Now that my schedule has freed up and I m going on vacation in two days I will be starting the program Tomorrow even I m very excited

I love the detailed running plan created just for me and the assessment at the end of each level to see if you are ready to move up to the next plan Previous training plans just say to run 6 miles but Joggo gives you guidance throughout your run My pace is getting faster after each run and I don t feel defeated
